I've suffered from gerd my whole life and I'm relatively young, I also have lactose intolerance which doesn't help. I have been around people who don't believe in lactose intolerance and I have attempted to condition myself to not worry about it. It's been getting bad lately though, I don't typically avoid milk or any of my triggers such as any nightshade (tomatoes peppers ect yall probably know) and others because I feel it's futile and I really don't want to live like that because I dislike being a picky or disrespectful eater when with others who don't suffer from such nor do I want to miss out on those kinds of foods as I love them. My main question here is how common are symptoms like sulfur burps, twisting stomach feelings (as if you're being torn open in your intestines and they're being individually tied together), and bad bloody/liquidy diarrhea all at once? I have been told it could be some sort of stomach infection but it's been off and on for almost 2 years now for me. Thanks for any help.

My cat has been breathing pretty loudly recently and had 2 of what seemed to be asthma attacks in the past 2 days so i took him to the vet & they said its most likely asthma so they did a scan and gave him prednisone (5mg every 12hrs) but the thing is the results of the scan never came out yet and i’m worried it might be something else and that he’ll get bad side effects from the prednisone before getting proper treatment. I only gave him 1 dose so far but it’s almost time for his 2nd dose but I don’t know if i want to continue it until the scan comes out. Would it be safe to stop? (also the vet isn’t open right now so i can’t really call and ask before the next dose)

So I'm thinking of upgrading my monitor that I only bought 3 months ago - it's an Acer Nitro 1440p / 180hz - can't think of the model name.
My budget isn't massive, but I've landed on a couple deals for 2 OLEDs I've researched extensively that seem to be pretty good. However decent 4k monitors, so not the best the best, are also almost exactly in the same ballpark.
I play DayZ, modded old Stalker and the 2nd now, Cyberpunk, Mount&Blade Bannerlord, upcoming Kingdom Come 2 - so open world/survival shooters seems to be my jam - but also Paradox games (Hearts of Iron etc) and Total War.
So my question is 4k IPC or 1440p OLED? I sit about arms length from my monitor, so 28 inches is fine which is the OLED sizes, but my desk is big so I could move it back for a slightly bigger 4k monitor.
And also how is the text on RTS/strategy games? I've heard the text can be bad and you can do things to help but is that a problem with games you have stats etc to read?
