We purchased our first house and are looking forward to decorate our 2 year old son's room. I have been through a few websites as well as pinterest and influencers on instagram but I haven't found anything practical enough. Most of the interior designs were either over the top or unrealistic keeping in mind a 2 year old kid in a daily life. Being an Indian expat I would like to see some ideas to incorporate in my child's room as I would like to have a mix of both Danish and Indian (this I can manage) ideas/concepts/ etc that my kid can enjoy in the room.
Any recommendations to websites/forums/videos etc. or your own child's room pictures/what you did; for some Danish interior inspiration ?

2024.11.25 10:40 Mediocre-Violinist91 Just got the a1 mini but I'm stuck

So I just got the a1 mini yesterday and I've done one or two small prints. I was trying to print a file from the bambu handy app for warhammer but it gets somewhere between 20 and 60 percent before the nossle knocks off the print from the bed making me restart from the beginning. I've tried printing different files from other creators aswell but it doesn't seem to work. I don't have a laptop or pc atm as mine in getting fixed so I can't add more supports in a slicer but people have used the supports given on the app and it worked fine so I am stuck.
Any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Hey yall, kind of weird thing here. I keep having dreams my 7 month old kitten is killing rattlesnakes in my apartment. It’s been my living room. Nothing looks out of place. I hear the rattle and then Buffy (named after the vampire slayer and equally feisty lol) just rips the head off of it. The living room is open concept with the dining and kitchen included. It’s a different spot each time. One has been beside me on my sofa the other she drug from another room to kill it under the dining table. Any ideas? I’ve had snake dreams before but never any specific type, I think this is the third rattlesnake dream.

2024.11.25 10:40 Quirkygirlieinthespa Adventures in my first shimmer inks

Adventures in my first shimmer inks I just bought the Pilot Kakuno pen because it was inexpensive, people said it was a great starter pen, and I wouldn’t be mad if it got messed up with shimmer. Immediately, I noticed that the shimmer collected in the channels, it was writing but I could see globs of it just sitting in the part before the nib. I didn’t know what to do😭 I hopped on here and learned that you need to shake it gently, roll it, and/or play with it between lines. I did that and still couldn’t see anything happening on the page so I used my flashlight to try and see more closely! 🔦 There it was. I realized the nib is simply too fine to see the shimmer properly, and I think I have 3 bottles of shimmer inks and 6 samples🤭So guess who just ordered dip pens and wider nibs? I will be receiving a Hongdian with Fude nib, Jinhao M nib Heartbeat, and Sailor Hircoro dip pen (with a judicious pause before buying an Opus 88 Cherry Blossom 🌸 in case they go on sale this week!) I’ve had a MB for decades but only ever used their cartridges. Having ink bottles, filling pens myself, and trying ALL the things is such a fun adventure! I’m only into this new obsession a few weeks and am having a complete blast! Any hints, tips, or suggestions for me on this new adventure in writing?
