Hi, I'm literally shaking right now.
I moved out on 12/01/2022. I had everything paid and sorted out. In the end of October I got an email that I suppose to pay another full rent! Together with attached spreadsheet where this amount appears only in March! So two months after I moved out. I sent bank statements and explained that I wasn't at the apartment since months and I never heard back.
Until last Friday. Almost 3 years!! After moving out.
I got the same message from a different person from the company alongside "letter before action".
I just want to cry, why are they doing that? I always paid my rent and no one mentioned anything at the time of me moving out.
What should I do?

Hello all,
I need to record audio from a Trantec S5.5 receiver. The XLR and TS ports on the back are in use already, and the mixer hasn't got a spare line out.
The receiver also has a 1/4" headphone port. I know using a headphone port won't be the best, but it's better than nothing!
Should I assume, because it's for headphones, that this is an unbalanced stereo TRS? In which case, should I use a stereo TRS to two mono TS adapter cable to record it?

Hi all,
We bought a Sofa from DFS about 2 months ago for our new home we are due to move into but asked for it not to be delivered until the start of December at the earliest as we wanted to give ourselves time to make sure where in the new house. It's now looking like we won't be in the house until after the new year and DFS advised they won't hold the furniture when delivery comes around which it will be soon.
We still have €400 to pay off the sofa, has anyone ever been in this situation and would not paying the balance delay the delivery of the sofa or would we be at risk of our order being cancelled if we did that? We have no where to store the sofa until we get into our new house. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone,
i hope to get some help here. I have 2 Ford Explorer U2 from 1999 (i dont know wether EU or US Version) and i want to attend to this event in january 2025: https://www.carbagerun.de/event/winter-edition-2025-nach-helsinki/
Now to my problem:
Ford Explorer 1 works splendidly and the engine runs smoothly. However, the frame is so rusty that the car cannot be registered.
Ford Explorer 2 has no rust and is in a better general condition. Registration would not be a problem, but the remote control to deactivate the immobilizer is missing. The car can therefore not be started.
What have I done so far?
- I have contacted Ford Germany. Here I was passed from workshop to workshop and finally referred to the parts store. A remote control is potentially available there, but they couldn't tell me who could program it.
- I have tried the usual tips on the Internet without success (leaving the ignition on for 30 minutes, switching it on and off several times, etc.).
- I have contacted a specialist workshop in Frankfurt that deals exclusively with Ford Explorer - but unfortunately they have not got back to me at the moment and there is not much time left until January.
Hence my question:
Does anyone have any tips on how to deactivate the immobilizer?
Does anyone have instructions on how I can possibly convert the immobilizer components from Explorer 1 to Explorer 2?
Does anyone know of another specialist workshop that can fix this problem?
I would be grateful for any tips / solutions.
