My GF and I lived here for 15 months. Our neighbor moved in around that time. Me and him get along great. My GF and I are friends with his ex-GF whom he’s still seeing since they’re trying to make things work. The neighbor is a lady’s man who’s also seeing other ladies. So he’s an eligible bachelor.
Anyways, he has the courtesy to text us that he’s around to smoke a joint. I don’t consume cannabis.
Usually they meet outside. Today, she texted him if he wanted some food that we got. Since we will both be away for the Thanksgiving week.
Anyways, he didn’t say “yes I want some food,” instead he said “I’m home now” in the group chat. My GF went downstairs to his apartment.
Then I went downstairs, and to my surprise, they were in the inside of his living room smiling a joint and sharing the same joint.
I don’t smoke, so I feel like fifth wheel.
Also, even though the neighbor is my buddy, and we get along, my GF and he get along better. My presence is needed at all when they smoke up. It’s not like he calls or texts me and says “come on and keep us company.”
Today, before I joined them, they were sitting on his couch sitting at opposite ends of a couch, and sharing a joint. I joined them, and I found myself in the middle. Those two did a lot of the talking, and his conversation with me was sort of like lecturing me on how I instigated something between him and his on-again-off-again GF.
I feel that I’m not cool to be with them. I also feel weirded out that they share the same joint.
Are these feelings normal?
TLDR; I feel weirded out that my GF shares a joint with our neighbor, and I don’t smoke. Moreover, my presence isn’t even missed.

So I’ve recently had a couple of orders via Med Express as part of my mission to do this journey as cheaply as possible, which is massively helped by their new price match policy.
I emailed them and asked for a pharmacist to reply rather than them just sending a cut and paste reply.
Their stance (which doesn’t sound like it will change) is that they will only prescribe for a period of 2 years from the date of your first order with them, and they will only prescribe as long as your BMI doesn’t go below 23.5.
I challenged this, but she replied with :
“You are correct, the UK licensing does not impose a time restriction. Given that we are an online service, we feel that our guidelines are in place for the safety of our patients. Mounjaro licence is also taking into account prescribing in a face to face setting where the correct and appropriate monitoring can take place, like you say, the NICE guidelines say this. The NHS have the luxury of a face to face setting and are able to conduct the appropriate patient monitoring and support that an online service cannot provide. We are not here to restrict access for patients but we also take patient safety very seriously and the decision has been made by a variety of our experienced clinicians in the weight loss sector.”
So I will make the most of their price matching and referral credits and the fact that orders can be as much as 11 weeks apart without being put back down to 2.5mg, and then look to move back to IQ once I’ve caught up on using my stockpile!!

Hello everyone. This is the second time I've tried taking LDN, but both times it increases my fatigue 5x, depression and anxiety through the roof, muscle aches and spasms, brain fog the worst ever.. I really wanted to believe it would help me, I'm not normally sensitive to medication, but this is a whole new level. I tried a very low dose this second time (.25mg), but still lots of side effects. I've noticed that in the evening my symptoms get better or go away completely, probably when the LDN wears off. Does anyone have similar experiences? I don't take any other medication besides LDN. I'm really disappointed and defeated.
