I’ve been doing this event everyday, and only just noticed. I’ve won very good rewards on lucky bonus so far-but I have not got them. I went to town hoping to use my honey I won and I still had zero. 2024.11.25 12:30 Katy_adele What things do you find embarrassing that really shouldn’t be?
What completely normal and what should be definitely not be embarrassing, do you get shy from ?
For example I always feel awkward when I have to go out of my way to throw something in the bin! Or when you are in a public toilet, you go in the cubicle and lock the door, realise there’s no toilet roll and have to come out of that one and go in another- especially when there’s a line of people waiting and you have to explain you’ve not been yet! Or when your umbrella gets blown inside out..
All of these things are totally normal things to happen and yet they leave me mortified. So what things do the same with you ??

I was listening to lecture on linux -this one, but it's in Arabic- and the lecturer talked about the first time the terminal was used, which was interesting and worth sharing, so I asked Claude to talk about the point he mentioned in more details so I can share it here:
The term "terminal" in computing comes from its literal meaning as an "endpoint," rooted in the Latin "terminus" (meaning boundary or end). In early computing, terminals were physical endpoints - devices with just a screen and keyboard that connected to massive mainframe computers. Unlike other input methods like punch cards (which were more like dropping off mail and waiting), terminals were special because they were interactive endpoints where users could have real-time, two-way conversations with the computer.
Picture a mainframe computer in a room with cables running out to multiple terminals - each terminal was literally at the "end" of a connection, where the computer system met the human user. When you typed on your terminal, your input would travel up to the mainframe, get processed, and the results would immediately come back to your screen. This was revolutionary compared to punch cards, which required you to submit your entire program at once and wait hours or days for results.
Today's "terminal" or command-line interface isn't a physical device anymore, but we keep the name because it serves the same purpose: it's your direct, interactive conversation point with the computer, where you can type commands and get immediate responses. Modern terminals are actually programs (like Terminal on Mac or Command Prompt on Windows) that simulate those old physical terminals, carrying on that legacy of being the "endpoint" where human and computer meet for direct communication.

There’s 33 base weapons including melee, guns and launchers. However 3 or 4 new weapons have been introduced, making the count 36/37 weapons in total.
Do the new weapons count towards the total 33? Like I can avoid doing the knife or launcher by doing the new smg or assault rifle(Krig) for dark spine/matter? Thanks in advance!

2024.11.25 12:30 Badgerooblitz Arcane is a really good show, but why did they kill our good boy 3 times and not transform him to Warwick after season 1?
That was one heck of a teaser of singed just sitting there in front of warwick, for 3 years. Then the reveal comes out and it's an uglier beauty and the beast clone. But then they kill him and sacrifice isha, and he still doesn't transform. Then victor kills him and he is never seen again. Not even 5 seconds at the end to see fur growing on him. They could have literally just added the sound of his W activating after the "The End" teaser, and it would have been a lot better. Instead the writers say he transforms outside of the show. I don't want mogwick to be a skin lol.

All of the mods we've gotten in console have been amazing, but I wish we had the ability to remove or hide the UI or hud in-game to record or screenshot scenes in-game. The fact it isn't a built-in feature is kinda dissapointing when PC can do it all with a button press.
