Thank you so much for clicking this post. But here comes an essay.
I will start from what happened.
Around a decade ago, my father went abroad to the land of ladyboys. (I’m not posting names directly because he does have Reddit on his phone) It was an official trip for his company, he stayed in a rural area.
The following information is told by my dad himself to me, after all these years.
So in this office was this one young woman, who asked for my dads number during an office function and started to talk to him. Talking enough to pay 20k LKR per month as phone bill. (This a decade ago, when our currency is more powerful) She’s young, has babies on her own and she knows my dad is married. Even though, she accompanied him whenever my dad goes shopping to buy clothes for us and yes made him buy stuff for as well. Not only that, she went out for dinner with him, and even went far on bringing her mom to show my dad to her. My dad said she throws a tantrum like a baby whenever he’s coming back to our country, telling him to leave us (my family) and stay with her.
My dads even showed me her Facebook profile, and yes she was pretty, but when I scrolled down, she had posted cringy photos of her publicly wearing cheap shein clothing and doing very cheap poses. In short, you can see she’s one hell of a gold digger. She has even told herself that she had gone out with other Sri Lankans who visited the office earlier. So one day when he went out to shop with her, my dads phone accidentally dialed my moms number and my mom had picked it up. From my dad’s own words, he said that was the moment he was “caught”.
So my mom was devastated and left the house with us. So ever since my dad came back, our lives were so unpleasant, I never had a family life, my dad punched my mom on the face on one occasion when she had a verbal fight over this incident. My dad use to carry a knife in our car console, showing the blade to my little self at the time, telling that he’s carrying it to slit my mom’s throat if she ever comes to a verbal fight again.
My dad made a whole story up at the time and told it to everyone including me that it was a psycho woman who’s nickname is “darling” in the office and my mom misinterpreted it and made a whole story up just because she wanted to leave.
So after he told me what actually happened I was extremely broken and one day I was so mad and yelled at him for that. He tried to hit my head with a hammer and bent my wrists to the sides in an attempt to break my hands and permanently disable me.
He still blames my mother telling she’s the one who ruined our lives and sometimes threaten to kill her. Also he thinks that im bitter towards him because my mom brainwashed me. He acts as nothing has happened. In his world, he didn’t cheat and what happened was just a normal situation.
What should I do? Am I actually wrong? I’m actually scared of my mother and myself.

So had to share this weird experience I had when I was younger that pops in my head time and time again leaving me confused to this day .
So want to give a bit of pretext before explaining this so you get the full grasp of this . I grew up in the woods with no neighbors and completely surrounded by federally protected land from the wildlife refuge . We were the only house on this long stretch of road that leads to the parkway so besides cars passing by it was very isolated and secluded from society. Let me also tell you I knew these woods like the back of my hand , I knew every tree and was outdoors from dawn to dusk even some times sleeping in a tent outside . I was a wild feral child and rather be out then indoors. So now let me explain this weird happening I came across one day, I was probably around 9 or 10 and I believe it was around September . It was a gloomy day with off and on rainshowers all morning . This was my favorite time to go out and walk around the woods , everything always felt fresh and serene as you could here the sound of rain drops tapping on the leaves and the blue Jay's cawling from all over and the smell of cedar trees and damp soil . So I make my way to the woods directly behind our house and walk behind a huge brush pile and immediately noticed something so freaking strange and unexplainable. There was this large stump from a tree that was cut down and on top of this stump was this decorative foil that was pink on one side and silver foil on the bottom and it was covering the entire top of the stump . On this foil was yellow Easter grass you find in Easter baskets and it was spread around the top of the stump and was wet and limp . There were like 3 plastic Easter eggs as well and some jelly beans scattered around the yellow grass with some chocolate eggs wrapped in foil most already eaten with just the wrappers crumbled up . Everything was wet and looked creepy as the backdrop of Grey skies , rain and nothing but trees in a eerily silent forest set the scene . So what immediately freaked me out was Easter was months and months ago and the more scary fact that it wasn't there the day before so who did this and why ? Remember no neighbors or people around and its located on a part of our property that had a huge brush pile covering that area making that area a blind spot , but behind that whole area goes right into the wetlands and is all a dead end and the only entrance to our property was from the driveway which was on the opposite side everything else is surrounded by marsh . Also who ever set this up was trying to stay hidden and out of site . The scene of this is burned so vividly in my head and always creeps me out and leaves me with more questions than answers.

Ich bin Jurist, der Zeit in einer Kanzlei als Rechtsanwaltsanwärter tätig und verdiene auf die Stunde gerechnet 12€ 😅 Lass mich also ganz klassisch ausbeuten.
Wir möchten beide einen guten Lebensstandard und haben daher auch eine gewisse Gehaltsvorstellung im Kopf die wir gemeinsam erreichen wollen. Das Problem ist nur, meine Verlobte ist ein bisschen geblendet vom Ärztegehalt und kann nicht ganz verstehen, dass ich als Jurist erst viel später und mit einem enormen Aufwand an die gleichen Summen komme wie sie jetzt schon.
Aber jetzt gerade habe ich wirklich kaum die Chance mehr als die Hälfte von ihr zu verdienen. Wüsste gerne ob jemand von euch in so einer Situation ist?

Working hard and loving the results! Over 50, 5'2" female, start date: 5/18/84 (6 months), current dose 5.2 mgs. SW 198, CW 140, GW 134. Almost at goal #1 (there is a goal #2 as per recent dreaming but still can't believe I am here now). Overjoyed. Working hard at it! Whole foods, gut cleansing, weight training, cardio and tracking every bite. It's a lot but if I'm gonna pay and play this trizep acquiring game, all the education and research then yes, I am going all in! Just treated myself to a new pair of Levi's SIZE 28! Need to survive Thanksgiving without gaining. Every time I lose a substantial amount of weight it all tumbles down during the holidays. My goal is to just get through without gaining!

Hi all, I'm a little lost on what motherboard I should get and was hoping if I could get some recommendations? :)
Requirements for the board are I need enough room + pcie slots at the bottom of the board to be able to fit an avermedia 4k capture card, I need at least 10 usb ports on the back, and I also need at least 4 sata connections, I am a photographer + record video so I need the extra hhd space.
Please don't recommend anything by Asrock, almost everything is out of stock here in the uk and a lot of their best boards are almost double the price they are in the usa, very overpriced. Ideally would prefer not to go above £300 for a mobo but can stretch my budget
Here's my build so far: Rtx 4080 super Ryxen 7930x3d Corsair vengeance DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6400MHz (yes I do need the extra speed for the tasks I'll be using the pc for)
I'm a bit lost on what to choose. I've been looking at the MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI and also the ASUS ROG Strix X670E-E but would love suggestions for one over the other or any alternatives.
