Ich tue mir etwas schwer mit meiner Situation, da mein Psychotherapeute seit circa 4 Jahren immer wieder die Termine aufschiebt/absagt.
Habe nach langer Zeit versucht ihn wieder zu kontaktieren nach ca. zweimaligem Aufschieben des Termins seiner ghostet er mich.
Ich fühle mich überfordert und im Stich gelassen seit 4 Jahren, da leider die Probleme die letzten Jahre mehr statt weniger geworden sind und der Therapeut immer wieder aufschiebt sich aber meine Probleme nicht aufschieben.
Ich fühle mich inzwischen selbst von Werbungen überfordert/ Gesamtsituation bei mir und meinem Umfeld.
Und familienmäßig/Beziehungsmäßig sowie jobmäßig ist es läuft es bei mir schwierig bis garnicht.
Leider geht es mir Gesundheitheitlich auch recht schlecht da ich event. eine Chronische Krankheit habe und immer wieder krank bin. Bin aber in Behandlung/Untersuchungen.
Ich möchte ich mir Hilfe suchen, weiß aber nicht wie. Ich bin in Wien und brauche Hilfe wie ich meine Probleme bzw. wo die Richtigen anlaufstellen finde (soll ich einen neuen Psychotherapeuten gehen/ oder zu einen Psychologen?).

Is a locking nut or other mechanism needed on the inboard side of the hub? This would be for the rear so there is a nut that goes onto the tripod housing through the hub, but will I also need something on the inboard side of the hub to basically lock it to my upright? We were going with premade hubs and they do not include this, and the rules don’t seem to specify clearly if you need a large nut or retaining clip on your hub.

Also she says there's over one month since she had unprotected sex and the guy was tested because he's a blood donor
She also tested it in a well respected laboratory in my country where she works, and she said she tests regularly, she seems a responsible person.
It seems that I'm overreacting by taking PeP, the doctor and people that say that I should keep taking it might protect me from a minuscule uiv risk, but at what cost? My mental health would go to hell, not mentioning the side effects
Is there any health risks by stopping yaking PeP after taking a si gle set one day only?

She has a dog house but won’t go in it and I have never seen her owners come out to her once. She doesn’t even bark anymore. Planning a trip with my family for next summer, most likely late June/early July. This is the current itinerary but I’m open to making changes. We’ll be flying into Calgary and renting a car. We’re a bit flexible as far as length: minimum two weeks and max 17-18 days if needed. I want to hit five National Parks: Banff, Jasper, Yoho, Waterton Lakes, and Glacier. We want to do some easy/moderate hiking, nothing intense, and no camping. I’m also interested in dinosaurs so Drumheller is a must. None of us are really “city people” so we probably won’t be spending much time in Calgary. Is this reasonable? Anything I’m missing that is a “must-see?”

Moin, bei mir hat nebenan ein neuer Laden eröffnet. Es handelt sich um einen Laden mit sechs Grosskühlschränken und nun hör ich die ordentlich durch die Rigipswand brummen.
Die Kühlschränke stehen zwar nicht direkt an der Wand aber trotzdem sind sie klar hörbar.
Tagsüber geht das vielleicht ja noch irgendwie mit all den Alltagsgeräuschen aber Nachts is dieses konstante Brummen und Summen echt übel. Ich habe auch nur eine Einzimmerwohnung, von daher kann ich auch nicht mein Bett in ein anderes Zimmer stellen und dem Geräusch so entkommen.
Kann man da rechtlich etwas machen?
