2024.11.25 15:11 Sandushki Python terminal running project when trying to create database?
So I am creating a project that is using flask_sqlalchemy's SQLAlchemy, and I created the class and everything just fine, and when I was creating the database using the following functions respectively in the terminal,
python3 from main import app, db --this step made the project run
app.app_context().push() --this gave an error in the terminal
db.create_all()
the project runs instead of creating a .db file in the 'instance' folder automatically created.

Hi folks, I usually play Valorant with a friend and we usually play about equally well. We have a similar number of kills and deaths and a similar combat score at the end of the game. However, the number of RR received differs massively in some cases! In the current game again, I get 22RR and my friend moves up 2 ranks. Where does that come from?

We've had a dead bedroom for years. Partly because she's LL, partly because I think she feels a bit inhibited expressing herself sexually. We've talked about it numerous times, and have tried various strategies, with short-term results at best. I stopped initiating a long time ago - I couldn't take the rejection anymore, it was destroying my self-esteem. To make matters worse, she has (through no fault of her own) had medical issues the past few years which has made things even worse.
We do engage very occasionally (big emphasis on occasionally) in non-penetrative sex. But even then, it's lacking the passion one would expect from a sexual relationship. Anyway, I digress a bit. The point of the post is something she said to me a little while ago.
I can't remember the topic or what exactly lead up to it - but somehow we were talking momentarily about doing something risque in public. Like some sexual thing. Not us, but some hypothetical person. Anyway, she said something along the lines of, "Well you married the wrong person for that." As if I was expecting her to do it. I wasn't, and obviously it's not everyone's thing, but the way she just shut it down really irked me. Like the sexual side of her is just closed off.
I don't know why that bothered me so much. I suppose I always envisioned being with someone who was sexually curious and adventurous.

 | Hi. We're Dream Harvest and we're currently working jointly on a solo-board game / single-player turn-based strategy game with occult themes. This is a question, or a series of questions, specifically about the Action/Stamina dice carried by our protagonist, Charles. The Stamina dice are rolled at the start of each turn. The player then has to carefully decide how to deploy these dice with their respective values to move or take other actions during the turn. Initially, Charles starts with 4 D6s, but as the game progresses, Charles may acquire additional dice and dice with more faces. Narratively, Charles is bound to these dice, and they are more than just inanimate objects. They're a character within the story (think The One Ring from Lord of the Rings). Emily, one of our artists, has been doing a lot of work trying to find the look of the dice. We know that they are very old, even ancient, possibly not even of this mortal realm. Some early material tests by Emily Some early dice materials tests by Emily What should the dice look like? Other than just being old and weathered, how could we present them to make them look both authentic yet out-of-place? What should they be made of? We've considered materials like bone, stone, wood, horns/antlers, glass..... what other materials could we use that make the dice both old yet somewhat sinister? How do we show numbers on the dice? We're strongly considering Arabic Numerals, as they're the clearest and easiest numbers for players to read on-screen - yet somehow don't find thematically with the age of the dice. Using dots works thematically but can be difficult to read, especially if we're using dice with more than 6 faces. How else could we display numbers that are clear and easy to read but also work thematically and narratively? How do we keep the dice readable? Continuing from the previous question, along with numbers, each die face will have some form of occult runes around the outer edges. These will be part of the gameplay mechanics. How do we ensure these don't become too messy and make the die face challenging to read? As always, your feedback is appreciated and invaluable. Hello mostly amazing community members of Frederick! My wife was rear ended in the cluster of Starbucks, McDonalds, and PNC Bank in Urbana this morning (11/25) with our infant in the car. My wife drives a grey Subaru Outback. The woman who hit them was in a dark SUV with NJ license plates, unfortunately my wife did not get the number because she was more concerned with our child and figured the woman would pull over. She did not. If anyone has a dash cam and can offer possible assistance that would be awesome. It occurred around 9:40 am.
Worst part is I was looking at dash cams for our cars just two weeks ago. Lesson learned.
