Searching for a strong, long-term 4.5 million defender. I’ve got Robinson and Lewis who both have a brutal fixture run and want to move them on. I believe the best defenses, fixture-wise, are Brighton, Bournemouth, and Newcastle. I also see Wolves, Ipswich and west ham, but not sure I want anyone (Ait-Nouri too expensive). Kerkez and hall stand out, both attacking left backs that bomb forward. But I’m also with Brighton defense. Anyone who supports Brighton, how nailed is kadioglu? He’s super attacking. I always have protected sex with my boyfriend and 2 weeks ago, we had sex and when he took off the condom there was white stuff around it and he had some white stuff around his groin area. I freaked out and asked my friend and she said its just discharge (which was my initial thought as well). After that scare we had sex like 2-3 times after in the following weeks. My flo app says my period is supposed to start on wednesday and my regular health app says it was supposed to start yesterday. Last night I had “minor” cramps but I wasn’t sure if it was period cramps or the need to poop. I put a pad on just in case and when I woke up there was like a light brown spot on the pad. Does this mean my period is coming?? Im so scared

I have a bad check valve on my fuel pump that has been causing a rest pressure issue along with it also just being a cheap no name fuel pump installed by the previous owner so I'm going to make the swap to a better unit. So I just feel like my life is in crisis and I could do with some advice and support on this platform. In terms of advice I am happy to receive all kinds of advice & Christian advice too with helpful scriptures to help me get through this tough time. So at the moment I just feel like nothing is working for me.
I have recently split from a long term relationship due to him (M/20’s) but before that I had other quite significant relationships (well I thought they were) and all of them just came crashing down, where all of these relationships (M/20s M/20s one was few months one was just over a year) have had different effects to my mental health. I just feel like nothing works for me every time I try and settle down or I feel l've found the one I always get hurt and I'm sick of it. I am still very young in my early 20s so feeling this way really is shit.
I see others in relationships, happy, and it just makes me feel a way because that's something I want too. It just makes me question if I'm ever gonna find my person.
I know it's good to take your time and be alone for a while to heal your mind but this is easier said than done and everything just feels like shit I can't help but think l'm a failure and that my life is full of shit or even so, i'm the problem hence everything I do just doesn't work.
All of this is now affecting my mental health I just feel low I feel like shit and I just really need some detailed advice on all of this. If any of you feel the same way or have been in a similar position how did you get through it? What helped you?
