Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has experience of getting a positive effect on e they went past the 4.5mg? I have been taking LDN for nearly 3 months (for mod CFS and headaches) but without any positive benefits as yet. I have been on 4.5mg now for about a month.
I know it's an open ended question but would just like to hear other peoples experiences of if they Increased due to no effect @4.5mg.

Hello! I'm a US Citizen that spends time abroad traveling and in the USA.
I currently have a US HDHP that qualifies me for contributing to a HSA.
However, I also have international travel health insurance Genki World Explorer with no end-date. It's deductible is only 50EUR.
Exact text from IRS publication 969:
"Other health coverage. If you (and your spouse, if you have family coverage) have HDHP coverage, you can’t generally have any other health coverage. However, you can still be an eligible individual even if your spouse has non-HDHP coverage, provided you aren’t covered by that plan. You can have additional insurance that provides benefits only for the following items. • Liabilities incurred under workers’ compensation +laws, tort liabilities, or liabilities related to ownership or use of property. • A specific disease or illness. • A fixed amount per day (or other period) of hospitalization. You can also have coverage (whether provided through insurance or otherwise) for the following items. • Accidents. • Disability. • Dental care. • Vision care. • Long-term care. • Telehealth and other remote care."
Does having the international travel health insurance disqualify me from contributing to an HSA?
I've read other reddit posts that answered that "foreign medical insurance" disqualifies it if you have foreign residency, which I don't have. I can't find any explicit tax court cases or IRS publications on this topic.
My argument is that my travel insurance only covers me outside the US, is not for regular medical care, doesn't cover pre-existing conditions and is for unexpected emergencies / accidents.

Hello guys!
I'm buying a telescope for myself this christmas, after a lot of research and some tinkering with my dads old refractor, I want to see more. But I can't decide between getting a cheaper manual 150P sky-wathcer heritage or the virtuoso with GoTo tech.
How will I use it? Both to observe (planets, mostly) and for some very amateur photography with my phone or something simple. I want to capture the planets over SOME time to get as much detail as I can through stacking. The question is how far can I get with that with "manual" pushing of the telescope? 30+ seconds of contiual footage? And how much more can I capture with tracking?
Will GoTo tracking make a HUGE difference that can justify the price difference?
My question is: is it worth the extra money to get GoTo, for general observing and simple photography of planets and moon? Or can you do pretty well with manual pushing? Does it take long to set up the GoTo?
The Virtuoso GoTo is really stretching my budget as I have to import it and there are import fees. It will end up being equivalent to about 600 dollars. (Original price 460). The "manual" will have an end price of about 480, and original price of 290.
