Hello, I bought a pre-owned Mini Cooper from a reputable garage. Two weeks in, I noticed the vehicle vibrates. The inspection report from the garage states "Engine Mount - pass" but following their inspection today, they've advised its weak and needs replacing. Plus they also advised me prior to purchase, the vehicle passed all services.
I don't think they'll cover it. So question is, how much should I expect to replace the engine mount on a Mini? Thank you!

 | I got into orchids after watching the Midsomer Murders episode “Orchis Fatalis”. My husband got me this orchid for our anniversary, shortly after I picked up my first orchid from the grocery store. I have been nursing these blooms since August. Last night while cooking, I didn’t realize the orchid was leaning against the measuring cup that had been placed on the windowsill. As soon as I moved it, the whole orchid fell over. Bloom first right into the sink. Two of the 3 blooms broke off.🤦♀️🫣 Lesson learned. I deal with PTSD and Bipolar which have made life hard. Just lost the few friends I thought I had as I was a project to make them look good to their real friends for helping the homeless guy. Been hesitant to post this since I don't think this is the right place, but whatever. I'm interested to know how those who graduated five to ten years ago are doing career-wise.
I graduated John Jay ten years ago as of next month. Had difficulty finding a decent job because employers prioritize experience over education. I've been at a dead end job for the past seven years. The pay is ok.
Anyway, I feel like getting a degree wasn't worth the time and effort. CUNY doesn't (or didn't) prepare its graduates for the job market. Those who've I've kept in contact with are in the same position I'm in now.
Anyone have the same experience?

Hey so last week on Monday I was juiced I got 257 for additional pay. These are the hours I dashed. Now this week I’m shook because the last slide is what I dashed this week and it’s hours. Can someone explain to me how it works because this morning I woke up to additional pay of $620. I usually don’t question blessings but that’s about 400 more than last week and I want to make sure that I continue to do that lol. Yesterday I was like i atleast hope to get 200 tomorrow woke up to 620! Yeah so please no hate I just want to continue doing what I did and also explain how the additional pay is even paid

Hey folks! This Tuesday, November 26th, we're planning to launch several events simultaneously 🙃
(1) We're planning to launch an Awakening Boost event, giving you x2 chance to summon 5* and 6* Perfect Souls from Mortal and Immortal Soulstones, and 6* Perfect Souls from Eternal Soulstones!
Please, note, that this boost applies to the Soul's Rank regardless of its Rarity.
(2) Also, we're planning to launch an Extra Legendary event for Ancient Shards
You're already familiar with the mechanics, if you summon a Legendary Champion from an Ancient Shard during this event, you'll get a different, extra one from that same Shard. It works only once per user per event.
You won't be charged Silver for the Extra Summon. Although, keep in mind, that the Extra Champion won't be counted towards Quests, Events, or Tournaments.
(3) And finally, we're planning to launch Progressive Chance Event, giving you at least x15 chance to summon the Champions of your choice from the selected pool from Ancient Shards
