A season last 6 months but its only worth playing the 2 last weeks of the season
like for example i'm at 2.3 in shuffle atm queuing into multi r1, and for a comparaison, i was at 3k in dragonflight season 1 ...
getting glad during the season is impossible unless you are r1 and have regular team mates, but it's pretty accessible at the very end of the season if you keep playing
and your spec can go from great to complete shit during the season, which also make things worse
at the end of the season the meta is set, so you are sure about the class you should pick up
i just play classic now, and will go back playing shuffle in february i guess when season ends
thats sucks because the game isnt that bad and it's very easy to ger for pvp, just let us get rewards first day of the season

Hi, I am a freshman in college. Until recently, I've never had a bank account. I opened a Chase College checking account online and deposited two checks from my work study. After a couple of days, my account was restricted and then closed. I went into a branch to ask why and try to resolve it, and they said it was just the online system and to just bank at another bank for now. I tried opening an account at BofA online, but I was denied and given this message
"Your deposit account score is a number that reflects the information from your deposit account history in your consumer report. Your deposit account score of 624 used by us in taking the above action, was created on November 25, 2024 and provided by an external consumer reporting agency Early Warning Systems. The range of possible scores is 495 to 1000. Your score can change depending on how the information in your consumer report changes."
I don't know where to go from here. I want to open a bank account to deposit my work-study checks. Should I go into a BofA branch to try and open an account, or will that worsen things?

Does anybody have advice relating to being more comfortable in confrontation?
I have a job where I semi-regularly have to deal with angry people and it’s made me realise I’m not all that comfortable standing up for myself. I fold under pressure and allow myself to be pushed around. This happens in my personal life too.
I’m glad I don’t ENJOY confrontation but I’d like to feel able to stand up for myself, verbally as well as physically.
I’ve always been in awe of nice people who can flip the switch to stand up for themselves.
Any advice?

Our LO is almost 16 months and he is still taking 2 naps and has at least 2 wake ups at night.
His schedule is 6 AM wake ups first nap around 9 but he only naps for around 30 minutes and second nap around 1.30 and naps for around an hour and a half, his bedtime is 7 PM.
Question is why is his first nap so early and so short ? Is he may be dropping that nap and if he is how do we transition him? He gets very cranky and sleepy around 9AM.
He does eat solids and still breastfeeding. TIA

I documented 28 of my competitive games so I can analyze my stats. I've been feeling really powerless a support lately, and that so many games are out of my hands or I’m not really doing enough.
My spreadsheet is here. It has replay codes as well.
I’ve been trying to take more high ranked players advice and try to provide more damage as Ana, but it’s been rough. People in gold don’t take too kindly to seeing you don’t have over 10k healing. But it doesn’t help that my damage numbers aren’t that much either.
I’ve been unable to climb past plat 5. I placed in plat 4 and just never got back up there. I’ve promoted to plat 5 probably 4 or 5 times this season.
I would really appreciate any advice on how I can be a better player! And pls be nice 🥲 I’ve never done this bc I’m always embarrassed to show my gameplay..

I have no idea how to fix this anymore and I think literally nobody else has had this issue. Also if I do somehow get in to a run the only way to "play normally" is to add a new player, although that makes me controle player 1 with inverted controls and only player 2 with normal controls. Please help if you can. (p.s. Hello! This is my first time posting, so I hope I'm in the right place. I'm looking for some advice on a big decision I'm facing.
Back in September, I was let go from my tech job without any notice, but I did receive a lump sum payment from them. Because of that payment, I won't be able to get Employment Insurance (EI) until December. My old tech job allowed me to work from home and paid reasonably well ($22/hour), but I wasn't really enjoying it since the company had gone through some big changes, so I'm not too upset about leaving.
Right after I was laid off, I started looking for new jobs and found a temporary position doing housekeeping in a greenhouse from October 4 to December 15, paying minimum wage ($17.50/hour). My contract doesn't clearly say whether I'm a full-time or part-time employee, but I've been working full-time hours so far. Now that my contract is ending, they've asked if I want to extend it, and I said yes verbally. However, the contract for extension mentions that:
● No Guaranteed Hours: While we are pleased to continue our collaboration, as always please note that the number of hours will not be guaranteed. We want to ensure you know this so that expectations are clear moving forward
When I asked my manager about this, she told me that they can’t promise any hours, and I might only get about 4 hours a week at most. This is where I'm having a hard time deciding whether to extend my contract or not. Since it's a greenhouse, I only get 1 short break (10 minutes) and a half-hour for lunch if I work 8 hours or more, and there’s no overtime pay or holiday pay.
I'm also currently taking classes to become a Dietary Aide (food service worker). My EI claim from being laid off is still open and active, and I've been filling out my reports, but I'm not receiving any payments because I've been lucky enough to get full-time hours. My EI payment is estimated to be $975 every two weeks, but right now I'm earning $1,150 every two weeks from my current job.
I'm struggling to decide if I should extend my contract that doesn't guarantee hours or not sign it, take EI, focus on my classes, and keep looking for jobs during the holiday season.
I do have an emergency fund (4 months) if I need it, but I'm hoping to not be out of work long enough to have to use it. 🤞

I took the 40hr training on APF on my own last year. I honestly forgot what was on there. My friend said the next step is the competency assessment. I didn’t know how that work until I read somewhere that you have to get a job as a behavior technician and start from the beginning. I saw a job description posted saying; FREE training, FREE supervision, and FREE exam. So, I was thinking about applying but I don’t have any knowledge or experience, will that be an issue? Also, how long is the training in person?
