Exactly a months ago while did some streches because of similar pain for CPPS (chronic pelvic pain syndrome for almost 5 months ago..) my left ear started to aching and got ear fullness. After 1 week the fullness became less intense but got jaw pain too and neck swelling around scm left side and weird feelings around my throat because if i swallowed just a few saliva or no saliva my throat became painful left side. If i wake up in the morning my symptoms became less intense but after if i lift my backpack for example i feel ear fullness and neck pain. No idea why. My neck artery looks fine both side. After 2 weeks and 3 ENT visist (they told me i got reactive lymp nodes and gave me x2 augmentin thats all..) my last wisdom tooth tooth extracted because maybe my wisdom is the problem. Well after 2 weeks my problem is still there. Nothing better but worse. Dont know the exact spot where is the pain root cause, but my pain is around left side under the jawline and beside ear or under ear.. Its like when i lifting something my neck swells up and ear blocked.

No idea whats the root cause, but my masseter is very tight and my throat hurt (not the throat, rather the front neck muscle) when i swallow. What can i do for this? Anybody got the same problem like mine? My ENT said im just imaging the pain because no swollen lymp node (her diagnosis was inflated lymp node lol) and next ENT not even did an examination because as soon as he read my paper he throw out the paper and said: Its all in my head lol. Well now i cant even eat normally because if i open my mouth wider than 2 cm my jaw hurt left side as fck..

Via a CMS policy I am able to force all devices to forward notifications to the host. However there is no way to tell it what rule to use, or even a way to create a new rule.
What is the point of CMS if I still have to go into every individual NAS to create the rule and apply it?

I feel like the most stupid person right now. I can't find out how I manage my library! I set a few libraries up and had it running on a Synology NAS. For a lot of reasons I left it all as was, and could watch movies on my GoogleTV connected to a n old TV we had.
BUT now, winter is here and I want to do some house-holding and create and append to libraries - I can't find the buttons everyone is talking about - in the interface. I'm logged in with the same account as I left it with earlier this year.

Anyone else not able to join their Helium Mobile hotspot? I’ve never had this issue before. Previously I would select the network from the list of available WiFi’s and it connected automatically.
Now when I select the Helium Mobile WiFi network it’s asking for my user name and password. At first it says “incorrect password for Helium Mobile”. Then it prompts me to input the credentials for that network. I’ve never had to enter anything before to connect to the hotspot. What am I missing?

Hi All!
I'm sorry to add to the list of "Should I size up or size down" posts, but I could genuinely use the community's help with deciding. Coming from a Gen 2 oura, I'm in the process of determining my size for the Gen 4 oura ring and received my sizing kit a few days ago.
In the attached photos, I'm deliberating between size 10 and size 11 (the size I had on gen2). When I wear the size 10, I can definitely tell its there (maybe because I'm paying attention to it), and if I'm not swollen the ring can come up with even a minor twist. Additionally, when making a fist, given its snugness, I definitely can feel its presence. After sleeping with it for 2 nights, I do not wake up to an uncomfortable feeling, but it is indeed snug and I do have to just wet my finger (no soap), to get it off. With a little moisture, it comes off with minimal effort. It did leave a little indentation in the finger though after coming off. I do worry about what the experience will be come summer time and if the 10 is just too snug.
From my testing so far, the 10 would only work on the non-dominant index finger. The 11 on the other hand sits definitely more loose on the non-dominant index, but can fit on non-dominant index, dominant-index, and middle finger. Additionally, if I opted for the 11, I could always get a spacer to size it back down a bit on the non-dominant index.
In your opinions, whats the best course of action here. If any of you have opted to use spacers, did it introduce any issues? Thanks all!
