Last night I was out riding my motorcycle and, for every oncoming car, I turned off my high beam. Which, I should point out, is not easy in winter motorcycle gloves.
After a while I realized I was the only one doing it, everyone else was still blinding me anyway. So I just left it on until I got home. Does that make me part of the problem?

Here’s my general take: These fragrances, in their 50–100ml bottles, often have decent presentation—glass bottles, eye-catching artwork, and acceptable atomizers. They spend heavily on ads and branding while offering ultra-low price points, which has helped them gain massive popularity in the Indian market. However, I’m confident the ingredients they use (perfumers alcohol, synthetic aromachemicals, oils if any, and other stabilizing compounds) are of very low quality. This results in poor performance at best and potential harm to your skin or nasal passages at worst. This post aims to identify the original fragrances these hollow-frags are attempting to clone. My analysis is based purely on my impressions after a quick evaluation of all the perfumes within a few hours. My nose and brain were pretty tired by the end, so I welcome corrections if I’ve made any mistakes. To keep things flexible, I’ve left my findings in editable comments rather than the main post. Additionally, I wasn’t able to identify all the clones, so I invite the community to collaborate and contribute. Hi,
Smoking a 3 lb. chuck roast today for the first time in a smokin-it #1.
The smokin-it guide says 2-3 hours for a 3 lb roast at 225, with a finished temp of 140-145 F.
But I’m seeing all sorts of different information for smoking a chuck roast on various sites.
Is it best to just follow the guide in this case? 140-145 seems low but i honestly don’t know.
Some say to wrap and rest, others not to.
Any insight is appreciated, thanks.

I’m applying for a bar and wait staff in my town and it’s asking for why do I think I would be suitable for the role, I have absolutely 0 experience when it comes to working in pubs/customer service, I have volunteered in my local charity shop but I was in the upstairs so I didn’t much interact with the customers. (Only when taking stock downstairs) I’m honestly stumped on what to put for this so if someone can give a bit of a guide/advice you’ll be an absolute star
