Bonjour,
Mon fils de 2 ans est gardé chez une nounou depuis septembre. Cela se passe a priori bien, mais elle nous dit que le petit est assez effacé chez elle : parle peu, pas très actif, pas du tout autonome alors que c’est tout l’inverse chez nous c’est une vraie pile électrique.
On ne s’est pas plus inquiétés que ça, en se disant que ça faisait peut-être parti de l’adaptation. Mais de fait, la nounou ne se rend pas compte à quel point notre fils parle bien pour son âge.
Aujourd’hui et pour la deuxième fois, il nous a raconté que nounou l’aurait enfermé dans sa chambre le temps d’aller chercher une autre petite qu’elle garde en périscolaire. Alors que de ce que l’on sait, elle est censée emmener les enfants à l’école avec elle pour chercher l’autre petite.
Nous considérons que cela relève de la maltraitance de laisser seul un enfant de 2 ans sans surveillance peu importe le contexte. Il y aurait peut-être éventuellement la fille de la nounou qui le garderait mais nous ne sommes pas vraiment sûrs car la version de notre fils reste confuse. Toutefois cela resterait anormal car sa fille n’a pas l’agrément et surtout elle nous l’aurait caché.
Nous pensons tenter de sonder la nounou pour avoir sa version et, éventuellement, aller directement à l’école un midi pour voir si la nounou va bien avec tous les enfants qu’elle garde, et la confronter si ce n’est pas le cas. Pensez-vous que ce soit une bonne idée ? Si cela est avéré, que faire ? À qui peut-on signaler ce genre de problème ?

Hi! Looking for some guidance on how to find a good trainer (either remote or in person) that won’t forget my name and is actually committed to building tailored plans that work for their clients.
It’s been super hard for me to find someone that is not only consistent, but can actually build plans to help me reach my fitness goals. I’ve been seeing a new trainer over the past 6 months but I think she’s just too distracted with longer term clients and her certifications to really help me.
She doesn’t put a lot of thought into the plans and they are kind of all over the place. I’m also paying for a gym and many of the exercises are things I can do at home versus the machines in the studio which is what I wanted her help with in the first place. She’s also the lead trainer at my gym so it will be super uncomfortable to ask to switch to someone else.
I’m a busy exec and a curvy girl (and want to keep my curves!) so I know I’m not every trainer’s dream, lol, but I am dedicated to my fitness journey and push myself.
Any advice on where to find trainers that are dedicated to the craft and wanting to see their non-body building clients reach their goals? Are there specific questions I should be asking when looking for a coach?

 | My 7 yr old rattie boy just embracing the tripawd life 🥹😎 He’s loves his baby sister and then there’s his baby big foot stuffed animal 😅🫶🏻🐶 Going on week 4 post op and he is thriving. A little sore I’m sure on that one little leg bag there taking all the weight. We looked into supplements that he should of been on regardless for joints and muscles but now it’s definitely a much higher priority ! And then there’s little itchy scratchy sessions we have to cover all the places he can’t ! I still get heavy guilt most days but I know if he feels me being sad it won’t do us any good for him to be his best.
