I’m in Florence currently and studied abroad here about 17 years ago. There used to be a bakery around Santa Croce that would bake for all the cafe’s and you could go to their back area real late (1am+) and pay a few euro for freshly baked sweets and baked items. 2024.11.25 17:54 Sufficient-Crow-7582 an acquaintance i used to do gymnastics with is REALLY sick... i reached out last night.
i used to struggle with an ed, but i was never thin. this girl looks like what you see in the movies. pure skin and bones. I can't stop thinking about it and I haven't been able to sleep. It makes me so sad... and jealous i think. I sent her a really long message last night (she hasn't answered yet) but i wanted to post the message here because im a little nervous about it:
Hi (name)! I've heard from around that you've been struggling a bit. I just saw a tiktok video of you that you reposted in september and just felt like i needed to reach out. I know people saying things/ expressing worry is fuel to the fire because that's exactly what people with eating disorders are looking for. when it comes to getting better, it's hard. it's miserable. it's uncomfortable and it's saddening to see your thin body form into a “healthy” one. it's so hard to feel like people have stopped noticing the weight loss and asking you if you're okay expressing their worry for you. it's also hard to have people instead start to comment on "how much better you look now that your clothes fit". it's hard going from not liking yourself to finally finding something that gave you control / feeling like it made people notice you, to going back to feeling like nobody cares anymore. i know it's satisfying seeing the number drop, especially after being a muscular gymnast for so long. It's also so miserable being so angry and on edge all the time. never feeling good, being out of breath walking up the stairs, having it be painful/ exhausting just to roll over in bed... i never looked as emaciated as you. I still looked healthy. I also didnt have it go on as long as you. Nobody worried about me the way people are worried about you. I can't imagine what your body feels like. I know that's what you want to hear, is that people are worried, but I really really hope you don't use it as fuel, even though you want to. I couldn't live with myself if sending this message gave you fuel. I know we weren't friends and I know we aren't close, but seeing your body is tearing me to shreds. Getting better is so freaking hard. It feels like someone is ripping the one thing you can control away from you. mentally, it's so freaking hard to get better. But physically, it feels so good. I know you don't love to talk about it, but you can always reach out to me if you need anything. I can also always help you look for resources if you need :)

I normally slick it back into a pony or bun so I don’t have to wash every day, but it seems like my hair is getting thinner in the middle of my hairline (my widows peak is disappearing) so I’m afraid to keep pulling on it by putting my hair up all the time. We recently retained an attorney and it wasn’t going very well. We were told it would be around $1200 for a demand letter and it turned into $5000. Every week the law firm would ask us to refill our account with money or they would close the case. We decided to seek help elsewhere and let the attorney know. They replied on the client portal with a very emotionally driven response and told us the documents would be available for us in the portal. This was a response around 9pm on a Sunday. By 7am, all correspondence and documents… the entire case was removed from the portal. Not sure what the best steps are. We have emailed and called for the documents.

So I finally have some disposable cash and I want to put a roof rack on my 24 EX. It has the flush rails on it. I’m wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on brands and what looks best. I personally like the roof bars that stick out a bit, not sure why but I always have. I’ve seen good reviews for Yakima bars, but Thule doesn’t seem to have good reviews considering its brand power and ubiquity.

Hi all, so im trying to build a kineticist and looking to have a diverse tool kit. How common is master or good reflex saves on enemies at mid to high levels? (My last character didnt target saves). It seems like almost everything kineticists have is a reflex save. I see tremor is a fort save. Do we get any good will saves or are there any other impulses you'd recommend to help diversify how you can hit targets reliably and/or take advantage of weak saves? Still open to any elements/ideas at this point.
