My betta has been floating on top of the water for about 3 weeks now and i fixed everthing i did wrong to make his life more comfortable and help him heal, but there is no progress from him other than regaining some colors and energy. I think he has swim bladder disease due to cold water which made me buy a good heater for him recently, i've set it to 26 C° and it kinda helped but not much, maybe i have to wait for him to heal? Btw he can't dive even if he wants to and swims in a wobbly way.

2024.11.25 17:30 LunaHens Who do I go see about underdeveloped/missing muscles and back pain?
For my whole life I have had less muscle on 1 side of my back. I was told as a kid that I was born without a muscle on one side. Which I always took at face value, it makes sense as on the left side of my back I have relatively well defined and convex muscles. However on the right it is much less and concave. It is especially noticable on the lower back but I can follow the good muscle and where the "missing" muscle should be up my back basically to my shoulders. I'm thinking it's the latissimus Doris but I'm not well educated here.
I have also noticed that as I've been getting more muscular I have a larger bulge above my left hip than my right hip which has me thinking I have a muscle that isn't being used properly there either.
Anyway I am a 25 yo male, I already have back pain to some extent most days, and pull my back out frequently. I can hardly imagine what it's gonna be like when I'm 65 so I'm trying to get ahead of it if it's possible.
On that note, who would I go to about this? I want to know for sure if the muscle is actually not there or if I just somehow never learned to use it properly and it's stupid atrophied, in which case if there is any way to strengthen it?
I'm wondering if I should be walking different or if better shoes would help?
Maybe the muscle is just not there but there is a way to learn to grow the other muscles in the region to compensate?
Anyway any thoughts on what type of people I should consult for this would be appreciated.

I’m trying to verify some information and was hoping someone here could help. I’m a veteran with a service-connected disability (100% p&t) that started before 2022, but not before I turned 22. I’ve heard that I might qualify to receive my parents' Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) or Social Security retirement income after they pass away.
Does anyone know if having a military disability prior to 2022 makes me eligible for these survivor benefits, even though my disability began after age 22? I’ve heard conflicting information about eligibility and how this works with DAC (Disabled Adult Child) rules or other survivor benefit programs.
If anyone has been through a similar situation or can clarify how this process works, I’d really appreciate it!

I can’t cut them out of my life, but they gaslight and twist the story. They play favorites. They stare at me when I’m not looking. They have told me very rude things in the past and just don’t seem to like me very much, but somehow cling onto me or are obsessed with getting my attention.
If I ignore them, they look at me constantly and try to do things to make me mad in subtle ways. What can I do about this person? They seem to want dominance or something. This person is my grandma and has no sign of any mental issues, she does things intentionally.

For my fellow Old Gen players, is there a tactic that ensures your fullbacks track back properly and mark runs on the opposite flank?
I’ve noticed that basically every other game your fullbacks will just slowly side shuffle as they track back, allowing easy back post crosses and goals. Can this be fixed via tactics/roles? Or is the game just bad and this cannot be remedied?
