 | I found my dutch oven got left soaking for a while in the sink. I've given it a good scrub and wiped it out but I'm not sure what my best option is from here as I've never really owned or used cast iron before. I've read a few guides on how to completely strip and re-season pans but I don't think it's in that bad of shape (or at least I hope!). I just moved to Addy.io from SimpleLogin and I am impressed about how good and cheap the service is. But may I ask Addy to release a HBPI feature to scan emails for data breaches? SimpleLogin has it but Addy doesn't. I don't want to keep adding email aliases on HIBP's server or resort to purchasing a domain name just for the sake of HBPI.

This happened almost a year and half back in Florida. I was assaulted by my landlord in my house on the day I was moving out of my rented place. Had to call cops for help. The cops filed assault and battery charges and were at the house till I moved out. Somewhere during the attack I had recorded a video of the landlord pushing me and not allowing me to exit the house. Later, I handed over the keys to the landlord in front of the cops and I left.
The state AG dropped charges, saying the landlord said he pushed me and locked the door since he felt I was stealing things from his house. I had still not handed over the keys when the assault happened.
The state AG never informed me of the charges being dropped until last week. The AG office never responded to my follow-up emails; instead someone would call from the AG office and tell me they are backed up and they will eventually get to this case. The AG office response clearly translates to the effect that the landlord was within his rights to assault for a reason. They did not even tell me when they decided to drop the charges against the attacker.
Is this standard? What can be done? Can't complain about the AG office conduct to the AG office? Also, does the attacker get away as always?
