Como indica el titulo, a un compañero del trabajo le pasó la siguiente situación.
Uso el servicio de parqueo en vía pero la plataforma permite registrar la placa sin hacer ninguna validación. Se asume que toda placa colombiana es en el formato 3 letras - 3 numeros (ABC123) pero al registrar la placa no se hace ninguna validación, es decir se induce al error al usuario, no hay ninguna señal de alerta que te impida registrar la placa. Literalmente usted puede colocar cualquier cosa.
Para no hacer larga la historia, él por error escribió solo ABC y no colocó la parte numerica, pagó y cuando regresó tenía el cepo puesto. De nada sirvió el demostrar que en la aplicación había hecho el movimiento en la cuenta bancaria y de refutar el argumento presentado por la gente pues según ellos "puede llegar otro carro con plata ABC y no sabría poder diferenciarlo".
114mil adicionales para quitar el cepo y el proceso de hacer una PQRS para que le devuelvan la plata.
Ahora bien la cosa es saber si se puede denunciar ante la SIC este comportamiento? no es solo una cuestión de plata, sino de principios frente a las empresas muerta de hambre que acomodan el sistema para inducir el error sobre el usuario.

First time ko pumila sa government para makakuha ng medical assistance para sa pagpapaopera ng nanay ko.
Kaya ko naman yung gastos, pero para sa government assistance pumila ako para makadiscount lang. Kasi isip-isip ko kurakot naman ang gobyerno natin. Yung mga nasa gitna na mga tao sila yung nagbabayad ng tax pero sila yung walang nakukuha o pinagkakaitan sa mga danyos na galing sa gobyerno, kasi ang sinasabin nila may kaya ka naman o di ka naman mahirap ehh.
Going back sa kwento ko. Grabe yung mga pumila sa Manila City hall, linggo ng hapon andoon na raw sila para makakuha ng pera sa mayor kinabukasan.
50 na katao lang ang mabibigyan. May nakapagsabi na 10k raw ang makukuha kapag pumila doon, depende pa sa sakit.
Pang number 65 ako, nagbakasakali lang ako na makapasok. Pero di talaga ako pinalad din.
Di naman masama loob ko dahil di ako nabigyan, pero nakakaawa yung mga tao na willing pumila ng linggo ng hapon para makakuha ng 1k kinabukasan.
Ganun na ba kagrabe yung kahirapan ng Pilipinas?
Nakakaawa yung mga tao na nagmamakaawa, pumila ng ilang oras para sa 1k lang.
Nakakalungkot na ganito ang sitwasyon ng bansa natin.
Samahan na natin ng mga taga gobyerno na ang taas taas ng tingin sa sarili at grabe manlugmok ng mga taong nanghihingi ng tulong.
Ang isip nila eh mababang tao lang ang mga pumipila rito, na pwede nila hamakin. Nakikita ko yung trato nila na "wala naman silang pakealam kasi di ko naman nararanasan yan".
Ang hirap mabuhay sa Pilipinas kahit yung kapwa mo Pilipino eh hinihila ka pababa.
Yung mahirap nagmamakaawa mapagbigayan pero kapag taga-gobyerno dire-diretso lang.

Hello!
My problem consistis in finding professionals who are performing an anomalous amount of procedures taking into account that they have different working hour contracts.
I have several possible procedures, but in each one of them just up to 30 profissionals.
I want to be able to spot possible outliers in these small sets of up to 30 observations, given they probably arent normal.
I though about Grubbs, but the problem to me in this case is normality.
What methods do you suggest me to read? Thanks!

Eyyo! I've been on a nonstop forced psychedelic jazz listening journey. I discovered and mapped regions of music that I haven't gone to. I was lucky eough to hear a similarity in some of the compositions and this lead me to the categorization of jazz in a new way.

In most cases I'm talking about introductionss here. The heavy use of tribal, exotic percussion alongside with an unexpected twist in terms of key changes and such... all without a determined tempo. That's why I like to call it free since we're not locked in a groove. The cymbals just show you a path to follow approximately. Flutes, Trumpets, saxophones play a big part here without leading the whole style into an excessive approach. Mellow piano playing. Rhoads or something. Give me something NATURAL, ORGANIC, TRIBAL yet SOPHISTICATED and CALMING!
