Ive been a punk since I was around 15 or so and in that time i've seen the already bloated and rotting corpse of what is the modern "punk" somehow degrade into an even more grotesque and pernicious body. Seemingly the sprigs of different sub have all been consolidated into this new body of bland slogans, bad music, and neo-liberal corporatism. Seemingly being anti-establishment isn't cutting the mustard now you have to have your finger in every pie around the world. You HAVE TO care about global conflicts that you yourself can't change due to the bought and sold swindlers in DC who now so long as they got their blue flag its alright. No motivation or desire to exist outside or in parallel society away from the Neo-corprate hellscape WE all know is killing us, our souls, and our future. Seemingly over the past decades the idea of being "anti-establishment" has been co-opted by the same people who invaded Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, ect. Now their death machines have the slogan that you can go down to hot topic and buy for 25$ on a shirt, don't forget the 3$ pins and other swag to show how "informed" you are.
This isn't true everywhere but like cancer it is spreading and it is seemingly terminal. All you can do is live your life, your truth and reality. Good vibes bring good tribes and good music as well. Be mindful of the machine and how effective it is. Go underground burn the old idols strike new ground and create. Stagnation is death and the same "heros" that have been praised since the Reagan years are now as sold out as your average city counsel (JELLO). Swindlers and snakes, least the ones who are alive. Im honestly convinced GG was the last real punk, he was the last cry of true anti-conformity and rebellion and he died covered in shit from some bad dope.
A perfect analogy for the "movement".

So when Jason and co finds Leo in Malta, he's seen drinking coffe in a terrace (or something like that), although Jason remarks that Leo actually hates coffee. Maybe I missed something but afaik it doesn't get specified later on why does he drink coffe if he hates it. So as a fellow ADHDer the first thing I though of is that he drank it to somehow calm himself, since coffeine can have a calming effect on people with this condition. (Also, I just drank some coffee for the exact same reason before reading this part of the book so the connection was kinda obvious.) He obviously was in a terrible mood so for me this is the most probable explanation. Maybe I'm really unoriginal for discovering this, but still, it seems to be a nice little detail.

Hej Reddit-brugere
Jeg har været en tur på loftet og opdager at der er noget kondens på undertaget. Det er primært helt ude i siderne, men ikke alle steder. Loften virker OK deroppe, ikke umiddelbart noget skimmel eller lignende.
Jeg har udluftningsrister i begge gavle og udluftningshuller i selve undertaget fra da tømreren lavede taget for en 5 år siden, så der burde komme rimelig med udluftning. Jeg er dog lidt dårlig til at huske at lufte ud en 2-3 gange om dagen.
Er det noget jeg bør gå videre med eller se tiden lidt an? Måske købe en affugter og sætte derop i de værste perioder? Lige nu har vejret vel også en del at sige hvad angår kondens.

What options have you been given by your doctors? Mines currently quite high probably 30% been stuck in bigeminy and trigeminy all day now non stop :( I'm having a echocardiogram and stress test performed at some point and he has suggested if they show no structural problems to go on a low dose of flecainide as and when needed, doesn't seem to think an ablation is the way to go currently, as he thinks it won't work well. I'm very cautious of flecainide tho and would rather avoid it, but my burden is so high it's mentally and physically starting to drain me.

I first heard of Ed Bell and this song from Gerhard Kubik’s “Africa and the Blues” book and CD. Now it’s one of my favorite classic blues songs and I’m working hard at learning how to play it. My favorite part is the hypnotic riff (which I think I have pretty down pat) and the descending bass part (which I’m gonna learn next). This is the first song I’ve learned a good chunk of just by listening to it.
