hi yall, this is my first time migrating a custom domain and 4 custom mails from my old provider to Hetzner, I already read the doc. from Hetzner but this is my first time and i want to read some suggestions to do a proper transfer. The important thing here are the 4 custom emails that im going to transfer, i want to create an CSV file from Outlook, but im afraid of losing the acces to them during the transfer, this 4 emails are from a company that need to be 24/7 operative. I dont want to loose any contacts and any kind of inbox messages or even from the draft ones, there are important information there that im afraid to loose during the migration. Its my first time transfering a domain and existing custom mails from one provider to another, and the only kind of information that i found is to upload this .csv file (from Outlook) to KonsoleH from Hetzner. Any suggestions?

Hello everyone,
I am looking to swap careers tp become a personal trainer. However due to my financial goals I don't plan to work full time as a PT until the year 2027 or so. I see two options really and wanted deveryones opinion on them.
#1 I could wait until I am ready for a career change financially and time my training for that.
#2 I can complete the training now and work very casual hours until 2027.
I am eager to begin my eduaction into this field but the yearly fees hold me back as it wouldnt make a lot of sense to pay yearly fees if Im not working yet.

Drybrushed with Genestealer Purple, then Slaanesh Gray. Claws, Hooves, and Weapon Carapace - Corvus Black with Dark Reaper, then Fenrisian Gray drybrushing. I’m cooking two turkeys for thanksgiving. I planned on putting them in a traditional brine for one and a Cajun brine for the other. About 20lbs each. Plan on spatchcocking them, but I’m worried about the room.
Gonna load them up with butter under the skin. The Cajun one will have jalapeño butter. Both will be seasoned. The regular with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, brown sugar. The Cajun with a simple Cajun seasoning.
Planned on cooking one at a time because I don’t think they’ll both fit at once. Planned on going Cajun first, at 225 until it’s about 135 then crank it up to 350 the rest of the way to about 155-160. Wrap in foil. Put in cooler to keep warm. Then do the other and finish the same way.
I’m hoping each bird will take about 4 hours each. Eating happens at 2pm so I was gonna start at about 5-5:30.
Does that plan sound good? What should I change? What did I leave out?
Hickory pellets in case anyone was curious.

Hi, I'm currently in my 3rd year in Criminology and need to decide what I want to do for next year, my 4th year. I want to do field placement, it's definitely my first choice, but otherwise, I need to decide if I'd want to do the research option or just continue in the normal course sequence option. I'm wondering what the difference is doing the research route? All I see in the class descriptions is that at it says at the end, "Students conduct original research in the area." what does that mean? Like for those 3 "research" classes I need to take per term, I just need to do a research paper in them? There is like no information online, I'm confused as to what doing research actually means, is it worth doing? Should I just stick to regular courses? Is it beneficial to do research if I want to continue my schooling after my undergrad? Thank you :)
