the past month we have had really bad issues to a point we pretty much cant action calls, they come in our system just freezes and locks up and we have to end up arguing weith the cust as we need them to call back later.
today was bad, every call that came in we had to ask to call back or if we could access the system it took 5x longer than usual and any time i came back from my break the system closed its self and took 30 mins to reopen
and no this is not being scrapped from our targets this is still being counted and ive even had messaged about some of my kpi but its fully out of my control . its effecting every agent differently some worse than others but everyone is having some kind of issue
usually i wouldn't care but for the past month i have been doing this and its getting old real fast
any one had issues like this at their place

Hi all, I would be interested to get your expertise on this.
Current Explorist (via AA instant status pass) but never stayed at a Park Hyatt.
We are looking for a hotel suite in NYC to get ready before our wedding that is bigger than our small studio. It seems like Park Hyatt is one of the few that offer suites bookable by points. The cash rate of $2600 for two nights is like the cost of my monthly rent 😭 What do you think is the most optimal way to secure the suite for the night?
1) Book the standard room for 40ppn ($0.026 cpp) and try to obtain a GOH. What are the odds of getting a suite upgrade with this on April 17-19, 2025?
2) Book the 1 bedroom suite for 80ppn ($0.017 cpp). Would a GOH offer any additional upgrades if I’m already booking the suite?
I’m not sure what amenities are offered at a Park Hyatt but we most likely may not be able to take advantage of them as we will mainly be in the room for hair, makeup, prep, and pictures.

Moin Leute,
ich hätte eine Frage, an euch. Ich persönlich habe mir das Unileben jetzt nicht so vorgestellt, wie es ist. Im Internet bzw. Fernsehen wird mit zahlreichen Freundschaften propagiert, die beste Zeit des Lebens, nur finde ich es bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht mal ansatzweise so.
Ich habe mich bereits durch mehrere Posts gelesen und da wurde Unisport aufgegriffen, der ich hoffentlich diese Woche endlich nachgehen werde. Habt ihr denn sonstige Tipps? (Falls das noch relevant sein sollte, ich studiere Wirtschaftsingeneurswesen mit Schwerpunkt auf E-Technik, an meiner Fakultät habe ich bereits mal nachgefragt, ob die Angebote dies bezüglich haben, wo mir entgegnet wurde, dass "seit dem ich arbeite, noch nie jemand gefragt hat"... naja danach konnte man da löten lernen, aber man persönlich sollte eher einen Plan haben, da sie sich eher überrumpelt vorkammen, da niemand jemals nachgefragt hat. Ich schweife von der Frage ab..)
Wie hole ich das meiste bzw. mehr aus dem Unileben raus? Welche Tipps habt ihr? Ansonsten findet wöchentlich bei meiner Uni ein Filmabend statt, mehr weiß ich nicht..

Just curious if anyone has either got a call from StatsCan recently or knows if this is a ongoing scam, I got a call from 833 977 8287, left a voicemail and said he was from statscan and had a "Important Survey". All the information he said was correct, and he left a reference number, but googling the number has given me a mixed bag of answers from tweets of StatsCan mentioning the number on a offical twitter to redditors crying scam.

Hur går det ihop? Stora kedjor som säljer t.ex. vitvaror av kända märken med 50% rabatt? Har de verkligen så sjuka marginaler resten av året, eller vad är det som är lurt?
Min teori är att det där kylskåpet har bara nästan samma produktnummer som det de brukar sälja, men tillverkas mycket billigare (så sämre). 30 dagar innan black week så tar de in det i sortimentet, prissätter det såsom de andra som nästan heter samma, för att sedan kunna ge 50% när det är black week. Ingen prishistorik, men konsumenten antar att "ett sånt brukar ju kosta 15 000".
Vad annars?

Do you think the behind the scenes drama was exaggerated by tabloids just to create a good story, or do you believe there was genuinely a lot of drama among the ladies?
I’m referring to things like
• Eva Longoria being bullied on set (allegedly by Teri Hatcher)
• Nicollette Sheridan and Teri Hatcher hating each other
• Marcia Cross storming off vanity fair photoshoot set because Teri wanted to be in the middle of the photo
• The ladies not believing Nicollette Sheridan was hit by Marc Cherry

 | While I appreciate the opportunity to speed up my GL Ticket farming, I think someone might've missed the "exceeds" part. Minor inconvenience for someone in my unique situation, so I'll be needing to clear out 60 tickets (couple refreshes) to meet their "less than" threshold. Other than that, I think this is a great addition to the shard store.
