For example, convert a valid netmask 255.255.248.0 to binary: | 255 | 255 | 248 | 0 | 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1000 0000 0000 All the "1"-bits are at the beginning, which means the mask always matches a prefix – the first 21 bits define the network. (This means the whole 255.255.248.0 netmask can be written as "/21" for short.) (One interesting side thing to mention is that you can think of /32 - or subnet mask 255.255.255.255 - as a shortcut that means "this specific IP" - so you can make traffic originating from your local system destined for a specific IP to go out a different interface - like a VPN interface - if you wanted by making a route table entry with a /32.) But from Wikipedia I get that class 'B' should have 255.255.0.0 as subnet mask. The "class B" IANA-reserved private network actually has subnet mask 255.240.0.0, not 255.255.0.0. The 255 represents all 1's for that byte of the address and when you perform a bit-wise AND between the address and the mask, you get the network number back. What's left is the machine number. So. This broadcast data cannot cross routers by default. That is, it is a restricted broadcast address. For the local host, this address refers to all hosts in the network segment (same broadcast domain). If you think of an IP address as 4 parts of 8 bits that gives you 255.255.255.255 respectively 2^8.2^8.2^8.2^8 in your case that means this portion, 3 parts of 8 bits, is protected (will not change) 10.0.0 and just the final 8th of the IP will be used as part of the range .1 giving you range in this format: 10.0.0.1 - 10.0.0.255

I have close to $30 in checking but $15 of that is earmarked for property taxes coming up in the summer. Do I really need to report I have $30 in cavings or can I say I have $15K? When I'm in class I just feel like I'm in a dream. I don't have the strength to speak and I don't know why. It's like my mouth decides it doesn't feel like it. No matter how nice people are to me and show me they're not judging I can't open up and act natural. I don't know if it's because of the anxiety or something else. I've just gotten to the point where I don't want to speak at all.

Is very common for me to see people reacting very surprised when I tell them my age.
I am only 21, but everyone at work thinks I’m like 27/28, in the beginning it did not bother me because I thought just one person thinks like that, but now I’ve been hearing multiple people saying that to me, and acting very surprise of my age. I am thinking about that constantly when I see myself in the mirror, I try to guess other people age, I am starting to obsess about it because I feel too bad about it.
It hurts a lot, I don’t know how to deal with it, Alhamdulilah I am eating healthy and trying to lose some weight and hopefully that will help, but I am definitely not fat. I wear hijab and very lose clothes. I don’t know why I post this I guess I just wanted to vent, wearing the hijab makes it harder since I can’t wear makeup, or certain clothes or show my hair, someone else struggle with this??
I wished I looked young.
