I am planting a garden around my run for my chickens to forage in and to harvest as feed for them. I am looking to incorporate natives where it makes sense to. I understand comfrey as a really valuable animal feed, but European comfrey is also considered invasive in the US. Does anyone know if its relative, cynoglossum virginianum (wild comfrey, houndstongue, giant forget-me-not, etc) which is native to this area have similar benefits for animals? I can't find any info about this online

 | I just want to start by saying that I know these boots are specifically made for snowboarding, but with winter coming, I’m in the market for winter boots. I was checking online and saw the Hi-Standard Linerless Snowboard Boots (picture attached). I really like them. My question is, can I buy them just for walking on snowy sidewalks or in the snow? Are they really stiff or do they have no flexibility, which may leave my feet in pain? Is it true they run small and you have to size up? 2024.11.25 20:30 Glittering-Kiwi-4457 Is my reason for expedition of EAD good enough?
My husband is active duty and will be going for a training that lasts 1.5 months, out of state. I do not have a driving license, I tried getting one but despite me trying to give the DMV as much proof as possible, they said until my GC is approved, they can't help me. (I tried doing the SAVE procedure).
I know I could also use an EAD. Do you think USCIS will help expedite my case? Being here alone without ability to drive for 1.5 months would suck. I would have no way to get groceries, go to doctors or take our cats to the vet if needed. Maybe someone's been in a similar situation?

2024.11.25 20:30 TomChesterson Anyone Else Significantly Worried About the Extreme Rise of Christian Nationalism?
I've been noticing a lot more discussions and actions recently that seem to be blending Christian ideology with political movements in ways that feel increasingly extreme. This isn't about being anti-Christian—I respect everyone's right to their faith and beliefs—but the intertwining of religion and state in ways that push specific religious agendas feels deeply concerning.
It raises questions about the erosion of separation between church and state, the marginalization of those with different beliefs (or no beliefs), and the potential for these ideologies to impact policy in ways that affect everyone's freedoms. The new administration hasn't even taken office yet and there's already bills being passed, bibles being put in schools, and so much more.
I was raised in the church, and I respect everyone's beliefs, but I don't want my legislation to even be influenced at all by religious texts. America was formed to create a land with religious freedoms, and I feel like we've completely lost sight of that.
Am I overthinking this, or are others seeing this too? How do you cope with or push back against what feels like an overwhelming tide of Christian nationalism taking over the country? How do I continue to give my child full freedom to make their own spiritual decisions if there's public indoctrination that is programmed into our school systems following the abolishment of the Department of Education?
I'd love to hear your thoughts, experiences, insights, and if any of you share these fears.

The msExhHideFromAddresList attribute will not sync to m365 for some users.
Fiel is set to true for the use on ADSI-EDIT, it will sync fine to on-prem Exchange, but it will not sync to o365 (only for some users not all)
I’ve checked our hide from address list sync rule, I’ve also checked the “mailnickname” attribute. ( solution found in another Reddit port).
These users are termed employees, when disabling a user, we remove their license, then set the hide from address list value to true, and then modify the mailbox into a shared mailbox (to give access to managers into the mailbox)
This issue only occurs to some users.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Decided it’s time to actually put my spare money where it matters and planning to put a considerable amount of my savings into S&P500 (VUSA)
Considering the recent spike is it a good time to buy or shall I wait a couple a couple of months for it to cool off?
