I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on how our business runs. As realtors, we’re not just managing clients and showing homes—we’re also handling paperwork, marketing, follow-ups, scheduling, and the endless back-and-forth with various stakeholders. Some days it feels like we need a whole team just to keep everything running smoothly!
I’ve been thinking about this a lot, especially as our business grows. I’ve been fortunate to have a strong system in place to manage all of these moving pieces, but I'm curious to know—what do you all do to handle the workload?
Do you have a team helping you with day-to-day tasks? Have you outsourced admin work, or maybe marketing and social media? I’ve been trying to streamline my processes so I can focus on what really matters—serving my clients and growing my business.
One thing that has helped me immensely recently is working with a virtual assistant. Having someone who can take care of routine tasks—like managing emails, organizing documents, coordinating showings, and following up with leads—has given me the bandwidth to actually focus on my clients and what I do best.
I’m really curious to hear if anyone else here has used a virtual assistant? How did it change the way you operate? What tasks did you delegate, and what were the results?
If you're still running the business solo or struggling to keep everything organized, I’d highly recommend looking into a virtual assistant. It’s been a game-changer for me and has freed up so much of my time.
