2024.11.25 21:30 Life-Collection6849 FET 1 Chemical and FET 2 Failed...Now What?
Just got the call that my second FET straight up failed. This was on a modified natural cycle. My first FET ended in chemical and that was fully medicated. Cancelled 3 transfers total on fully medicated because of thin lining thinking I was having a poor response to exogenous estrogen (tried pills and spotted, then tried IM injections). Made the switch to modified natural for FET 2 (letrozole, trigger, PIO, dexamethasone). I spent the last 2 months struggling with my hormone levels - BC was not suppressing my estrogen levels (steady at 90+) and letrozole did nothing for my ovaries. Finally got to the point to just go for it and decided to use menopur for mini stim. My ovaries eventually woke up but I didn't trigger until day 25 which is crazy long. Lining was just above 7mm.
Background I do not have PCOS but am a carrier for Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia CAH. This can cause hormone issues - my AMH is high at 13 and my and DHEA-S is slightly elevated. I've also had two hysteroscopies first one was normal before FET 1. FET 2 they found adhesions and I had those removed before transfer. Weird I had these to begin with I've never had surgery, injury or D&C. I am pretty sure I felt my body reject this embryo. Post transfer I was so tired, heart rate increased, mild cramps, felt pulse in uterues. Then day 4 I had pretty intense cramping. After that I woke up with a headache and breakouts (drop in estrogen i think). Then i proceeded to feel absolutely normal and empty up until beta.
I am having a WTF appointment with my doctor next week but I need advice on what to do next - additional testing I'm sure, just would like to know what worked for my gals in this sub ;)

I am having trouble getting the right tone for the upper synth sound and having everything feel as tight as in the original. I think my attempt is too tonal but I am not sure how to make it more noisy while still being mellow and tight.
Here is my attempt at the synth and here is it in the context of my recreation. To make the synth, I made a Serum patch with two copies of the Basic Mini sine wave an octave apart and each with a lot of detuned unison. There is some noise added to the mix and everything is processed through the "Reverb" filter in Serum and then band-passed around 1.5kHz. If desired, here is the patch but without the final EQing.
If anyone has any ideas for what I can do differently, please let me know! Perhaps I need to process things differently but more likely the basis of my sound is off. Please let me know if more details are needed and thanks ahead of time.
