I have found myself in a bit of a difficult position with the landlord on a commercial property.
- My company signed a lease in 2015, the company dissolved in 2016.
- No personal guarantees but lease auto renews every 5 years for a further 5 years. - Landlord was paid rent by new company with no objection. Landlord continues to invoice old company but still gets paid.
- Lease never assigned formally to new company. It is now final year of the lease (ends in mid 2025).
- We want to leave the property, landlord refuses surrender and insists we are still liable to pay.

So I bought my EW200 around 8 months ago, recently the audio on the left has gotten really weak - sometimes it gets back to normal though I have no idea what causes it and what "fixes it".
I heard its due to condensation buildup (I live in a humid environment 60-80% or higher), I tried putting it in a container with a silica gel packet for a day, didnt fix it (could be the packets arent working anymore).
I also saw a post where he tried "sucking" on the weaker side, which I did try and it worked temporarily (though theres still a noticeable volume difference between left and right). I know this isn't recommended though due to bacteria, so what else can I do to try to fix it?

hi, i used to work at walgreens as a sfl but quit almost a year ago. i’ve since moved and have had to deal with the mistreatment of a pharmacy staff that doesn’t realize that i am approaching them as…one of them. and am not trying to give them a hard time but simply would like to know when they will fill my meds. i called in for a refill yesterday, over 24 hours ago, and they still haven’t been filled. i went in while i was running errands by the store today to ask if there was an issue with the fill or if the med was out of stock or something, because it still just said my order was submitted but not yet in progress. the tech very rudely said no and i just need to give them time, and then pretended to ask the pharmacist (i was within earshot and she did not ask her anything) and told me they’d be ready by 3:00. i said okay thanks and left. it’s now almost 4:30 and they’re not filled, and the app says they won’t be until 8:00, which is when they close, so i called to see what was up, because again, i need my meds. i explained the situation and asked if she had an estimate as to when i could get them. all she said was that i need to give them time again, didn’t bother to ask for my info to check and see if there was a holdup or anything, and then hung up on me.
i’m really not one to complain about an employee. i know it sucks working at walgreens and almost nobody is happy. but am i overreacting at this treatment if i speak to somebody about her behavior towards me? it seems really ridiculous as i don’t think i’ve been out of line and i can’t imagine treating somebody this way just for asking when their meds will be filled. if i am overreacting then i won’t say anything but damn !!

Trying to justify buying the Meta 3. I have an Oculus Quest 2 that our boss bought for us a couple years ago and I've enjoyed playing a couple games on it so far; Walkabout Mini Golf and Supernatural. I previously tried Walking Dead Saints & Sinners, Swordsman (lots of fun for a week), and Asgard's Wrath (not my cup of tea).
But... I'm also a HUGE Alien fan and I really want to get Alien: Rogue Incursion.
My challenge is that's the only VR game I can think of that I want to get for VR. I'm a pretty hardcore PC gamer and have a habit of buying consoles due to FOMO and then only ever playing one or two games for that console before it goes onto the shelf and gathers dust.
So... talk me into buying the Meta 3? Or talk me out of it?
Are there some other really amazing looking games that you think will pull me into VR gaming that the Quest 2 won't run, but that the Meta 3 will? Or that'll look much better on the Meta 3?

I got this drawing pad yesterday and when I tried to set everything up, the pen works fine and moves the mouse around, but the pad keeps showing "no signal" whenever I turn it on. I followed everything on the manual and I tried looking on youtube for solutions but nothing works. I installed the driver and it's not doing anything for displaying on the pad
In my windows display settings, whenever I click the 'detect' button even if the tablet is off or on, it says "didn't detect another display". I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do at this point.

I am quoting my sister from the lunch date we recently had. I'm extremely disappointed in her, she has recently been baptized and is part of a Lutheran church now. She has changed a lot since the COVID lock down, pulling her younger two boys from school and now homeschooling. She has never stated why, because "that is what my husband and I decided". But you can draw conclusions with her not wanting to vaccinate at all anymore.
There is so much to share, but this quote is such a bunch a bullshit on her part. Her oldest son(19yo now) came out as bi-sexual in 2019. She told him and me that it's just a phase. Then in 2022, he came out as trans. He wants to transition to become a woman. He has asked his mother and step father to call her by a new name and use appropriate pronouns she/her. My husband and I ( were Aunt and uncle to her) we have used her name and pronouns when its only her around as she isn't allowed to come out to the younger kiddos(per her mom, she was told to keep the younger ones out of it).
So my sister and I are out to lunch and says this quote. I looked at her and said " must be hard for nephew not being accepted by you and your husband". She blew me off and continued to talk about something else. I'm left just fuming wanting to end our relationship and throw her aside. But I can't , I worry for my oldest nephew and my middle nephew. My middle nephew has shown interest in boys, and wearing dresses whenever he has a chance. Our kids really enjoy each other and have great friendships.
Im here posting because I wanted to share. I just feel dirty, being nice to her and listening to her lie to herself. Using religion as a way to forgive herself for not accepting her sons transition. I'm so angry with her. I'm no longer excited to be with her or call her my sister. I'm sad.
