Started playing over the weekend. Kinda obsessed now. Decided to check out pro play just to see meta/team comp/strats at higher levels. No picks and bans and they just swap characters mid game? Kinda rubs me the wrong way tbh I feel like picks and bans would actually help the game with balancing issues as well. Can someone explain to me why the system is the way it is currently? I don’t like the idea of playing someone I want only for it to get hard countered by someone’s swap and being forced to swap again only for them to swap to counter and so on. There has to be limits to this no?

Hi all,
I want to take classes for French.
My husband recommended I either take L'Alliance Française Bordeaux. The course I would be taking is 2 days a week for 2 hours a day(so 4 hours per week). They had suggested if you want to improve you should take up to 16 weeks of classes to move up a level. I believe it’s €628 for 16 weeks for 64 hours. Can I ask if anyone has had an experience with them?
We also looked at our local university, but they are requesting €1500 for 200 hours.
*Also any recommendations is welcomed!

Sitting in a programming class (D288). Tried udemy and reading books but just can’t sit still to go through them. My mind went in auto pilot mode of just staring at words or videos.
I felt I’ve always been more of a learn by doing type of person. I learn best by just get started and ask ChatGPT anything that I need to understand. But I felt like I’m missing out in learning the right way and will cause myself some trouble later and will end up coming back to the video and book. Anyone is the same and suggestions?

 | This is my first moissanite and I'm impressed! The stones and the setting are both beautiful (especially considering I didn't do a stone check). I'm in love. It also came SO FAST! Not me refreshing my FedEx tracking every hour for three days. I did however, find a scratch on the band when I inspected it with my loupe so I'll mention that to my rep, for what it's worth. It's not bothersome to me, especially at this point. Props to Provence for taking clear PSPs and PSVs because taking pics on my iPhone was tricky (macro and non macro mode). These pics are the best I could do. Oh and this isn't my engagement ring nor is it my travel ring.
