So long story short, my ex and I only officially dated for a month. But we were hooking up a month before and about five months post break up. It was around this time last year we were officially dating. We tried to remain friends but obviously there were still feelings on my end. I met somebody else after we stopped hooking up and after that we kind of continued to talk. Now the reason I wanted to continue our friendship is because he was apart of the friend group I had in my first year of college. But slowly after I was with someone else he distanced himself from all our friends and myself (understandably). I think at first I was not sad about the break up because I was so angry with him. He wrote me a letter (while we were still hooking up) explaining he was less interested in me than he let on and he did not want a relationship. He later apologized for this claiming it was a coward’s way out for him. Anyway, I basically had not talked to him very much at the start of this year. But in October I drunk called him and told him all the things I was mad at him for. I don’t remember much of it. I never apologized for that the next day. We have one class together and I see him all the time. For some reason a feeling came over me of guilt and sadness. I know I was not perfect in our relationship. Our thanksgiving break is this week so I basically said “hey, hope you’re doing okay and I’m sure you’re looking forward to going home” etc. he hasn’t answered and I told myself before I reached out I had to be okay with that outcome but I’m very anxious. Just wanted to share.

Hello bass clarinetists, just a few weeks ago I switched over from Bb to Bass clarinet in band. This is my setup:
• Vandoren blue box 2 1/2s • Yamaha 4C • Rovner ligature • Crappy low eb vito
All of the notes from lowest A and below are squeaking when I tongue them or articulate them with any air at all. I’ve been planning to get the Fobes Debut mouthpiece as I’ve heard it may be more suited to my reeds. I was wondering if this is a problem that a much better mouthpiece would likely fix or it this more likely the instrument? Overall I can get a good sound out on all of the notes, just the articulation is rough. I have not done any checks for leaks or anything though. I’ll take any help (or advice in general!) I can get thanks

Hello everyone. I'm really nervous in asking this, since I've never really been able to work on myself until now, so if there's any question or details I leave out please ask.
I have been through a lot of trauma in my life, I'm not going to sugar coat it. My egg donor had/i had (not sure how it goes) Munchausen syndrome by proxy. She would take me to the ER saying I was hurt when it was her doing. Long short my life did not get much better and I also have ADHD. I have BPD, generalized anxiety disorder and depersonalization and derealization episodes.
I was thinking of a psychiatric service dog because the triggers for my traumas, which I know I'm responsible for, are so stupid that I do get set off in public. I understand a psychiatric service dog is a big step and responsibility, and i wanted to ask the people here if you have a service dog for anything similar.
I do not already own a dog. I have lizards, though. I have owned dogs in the past so caring for them and energy levels of different breeds is not new to me. How would I go about finding one? I am in KY. I know there is no certifications in the US, but is there any "red tape" i need to look out for? I do not want an ESA, as I do not realize yet when I do split and would need my service dog to.... i guess "alert" when I start to show signs? Is that even possible?
I apologize for the rambling, please ask any questions if I've left anything out.
