No money, no Job, no connections, I just don't want to be where I am right now. There's no place I could afford alone even with a job because everything around here is 5 to 700 up. So I found this h22a4 engine with transmission nearby that needs a complete head rebuild from a snapped timing belt.
It seems pretty cheap to me, (Around $200) and I was wondering if it would be worth getting and learning on or would the damage be too extensive and costly?
I'm 17 with little to no experience working on engines but I have tools.

Had my best embochure ive ever had on friday all the way up to yesterday and all of a sudden ive lost it.i practice 2 hours on saturday, and played for about 30 mins yesterday and today when i tried to pick up my horn i fell back into bad habits even though ive literally played with my new embochure for 4 days straight
My corners arent tired and i dont know. I cant even remeber the feelung of the embochure and im so frustrated because i was trying to actually practice consistently and keep this embochure and this thre me all out of wack

Within the last couple of days, I've notices my boy has started coughing.
After some research, I'm pretty sure it may be asthma. As it sounds similar to other videos ive seen. He gets low to the ground and extends his neck. However not 100% sure. I'm calling the vet tomorrow but wanted to post to see if anyone knew anymore details.
Only things that have changed are the weather (it's getting colder) and I'm slowly changing his food to adult food since he just turned 1.

We are working through the list with meds for our 6yo; so far only Adderall IR and ER and guanfacine 1mg and 2mg. Marginally effective with intolerable side effects. I plan to ask about Clonidine next and maybe then an ssri (underlying anxiety).
We also do PCIT and I will get him back into OT soon (took a break to fit in PCIT).
BUT parallel to that. What modalities have you found helpful in healing nervous system dysregulation, attachment issues, anxiety, etc--all the things that make ADHD worse? I ask because I am looking into trauma therapies for myself (ADHD, CPTSD) and simultaneously witnessing my kid's struggles made me realize he could use this stuff too.
I'm thinking things like trauma informed yoga, somatic experiencing, EFT, etc....but kid suitable (and no, he hasn't been directly traumatized, no ACEs, but I feel in my gut that a lot of his responses to life mimic my own traumatized ones).
