I'm a 16 female and I'm very confused. I date a then 17 year old guy when I was 13. I did love him and even lied for him. I was thinking and I thought about him for a moment. I looked through my blocked list and I saw his number. He was a bit toxic and would get jealous easily. He even tried offing himself because he thought I wanted to be transgender (I'm pansexual and he was homophobic).I know the relationship was toxic and there were so many things wrong with it but I can't help but worry sometimes about him. Is this okay? I just want an outsider's opinion but I don't know how to talk to anyone else about this.

I wanted to see what others who might be in my situation have been doing.
I’ve kept a spreadsheet of pricing and different sale scenarios (15% off, 20%, etc.) and realized today that one thing was off in my formula, and that I also wasn’t accounting for Printful’s 40c holiday upcharge.
This realization resulted it is being painfully clear that I can’t offer sales anymore on the majority of my items right now.
I opened a Shopify site, but I feel like I’m still so new (opened in Feb) that I need that Etsy traffic.
My items were priced with a very slim profit margin already, and now I had to cancel my BF sale until I think of something else. Otherwise I’d keep getting negative profit per sale.
For example, I already offer free shipping and price my bella canvas shirts at $28.99.
I thought that was competitive, but maybe I’m wrong?
My thoughts so far are that I need to:
Find less expensive vendors
Buy more stickers to have on hand vs. doing pod.
Pivot over to Shopify
Add in person sales
I am glad that the sales I’ve gotten today caught my attention because the final total from Etsy vs. Printful didn’t look right (and it didn’t match my spreadsheet), but now I feel a little hopeless.
What would you do?

I’ve been thinking about getting into turntables. I’ve always been into car audio now that I’m getting older it would be nice to be able to listen to music more often rather than just in the car. I found a good deal on a brand new denon dp-29f. From my research denon is a very good home audio brand. Before that I was going to get a audio-technica lp70x but as of now the denon is available for 60 dollars cheaper. Does anyone have experience with both of them which one sounds better? What would you guys go for a first turntable?

2024.11.26 00:52 tobrekadabra Some light and hope - the magic came back
I started taking Prozac about 3 months ago. Before that, I was using Trintellix for 1.5 years. It worked well, but made my complexion terrible and then after a year or so, it just stopped working. So I switched to fluvoxamine. Did not feel any better for 5 whole weeks, and then it finally kicked in. Since then, I am a normal person again. My brain is beautifully calm and the magic is back.
I have motivation, i feel more resilient and optimistic. Like someone took my brain out and gave it a wash - in the best way.
Libido is a bit smaller, except on ovulation days when it is high as usual hehe. My skin is infinitely better than it was on Trintellix (curious if anyone else noticed that side effect on Trint?). My appetite decreased and I lost 3 kg. Sleeping is a bit weird, but I deem it a minor downsize compared to my overall state of wellbeing.
To summarize, THERE IS HOPE!!!! Of course it all depends on the person, but I am writing this as a happy example of its effectiveness ❤️

2024.11.26 00:52 No-Title-2863 What do I do here?
I have been married to my husband for a year. We moved in together when we got married. I have a son, 8yo from a previous marriage and he has 2 children also from a previous marriage- boy 9, girl almost 6 with learning disabilities. We both have shared custody with the other parent, we have his bio kids a little bit more than 50%, 4 nights a week. Since we moved in together, I have taken on most of the responsibilities of parent to obviously my bio kid, but also his, making sure all 3 children have clothes, winter gear, cook dinner almost all of the the time(I've asked him to take one day a week, which he forgets to plan for and execute constantly), buy birthday and Christmas gifts(for our kids and also for his side of the family) fill out paperwork for school for his youngest. It's begun to feel like it's all my sole responsibility, because if I don't do it, it won't get done. Even if i remind him. I've tried to talk to him about this several times and nothing changes. He listens as I list the additional responsibilities I've taken off of his plate and just says okay and that he will try to do better, but nothing has changed at all. His response to me prompting again is just an "I'm just not good at that stuff" I'm not even sure of what my wibta is. We are trying to blend our family together, but I'm feeling like I'm the only one taking on responsibilities for the children and I feel ready to stop taking on responsibilities for his bio kids. Wibta if I stop taking on responsibilities for his bio kids? It feels so unfair to the kids, but I just really don't know own how to get my husband to wake up and realize that I didn't get married to be a mother to a fully grown man and his kids. I got married because I want a shared partnership.

I do want to preface by saying that I am a National Committee on Accreditation candidate having received my qualifications last year. I did complete my undergrad in Canada from a reputable university in a STEM related field. However, I only became interested in law during my last year of undergrad and since I didnt want to "waste" time applying and studying for the LSAT I went to the UK to get my LLB. I kind of new the stigma around foreign qualified lawyers did exist but so many people I knew that had gone through this process had become lawyers here but they also knew people that would get them these positions. My family on the other hand has no connections to the legal field and thus I havent really been able to use my network to get an interview or apply for these positions. I am interested in articling in an immigration law firm but just havent been able to hear back from any. Should I just cold call these smaller firms and ask if they would be willing to hire me as an articling student even if they are not publicly posting these position? Also should I even bother to apply to MAG positions or do they generally just take Canadian students?
