That is what the print out said from my check engine code assessment. I replaced the coil, which did nothing. Now it starts and runs fine, until it warms up. It is getting so bad that I sometimes cannot get it to 50 mph on the interstate. What the heck is going on?

Ive been given Bepanthen, told to use it twice a day for a week then once a day for a week, then switch to Hydrocortisone twice day for a week. At the start it feels like the Bepanthen is working, but now like 4 days into the first week I've had a bad flare up of the itchy hot bubbles (sorry if that's gross 😖).
This always happens, and even after using the bepanthen and hydrocortisone it just comes back again same as before... I'm at my wits end, its so frustrating, it's mostly just my hands so I struggle to do stuff, I feel embarrassed constantly... its only been this bad for the past couple of years since I moved to the city from the countryside, so my GP theorised it was to do with the pollution, but I dont know what I can do about that since I'm stuck here for the duration of my Uni course at least, and the foreseeable at most.
Is there something more my GP can do? Can I try anything else further from this? Or is this just how I've gotta live now 😖
Ive tried a course of antibiotics but had to stop half way through because it was making me so nauseous I couldn't sleep. I'm now almost at the end of a different course for a rash somewhere else but I dont know if that's gonna help with my hands or not... idk, I'm rambling I'm sorry! Any anecdotal (or medical haha) advice is welcome

With background in research from Bay Area, California, I moved to Ireland to work at a bigtech. A series of events resulted in me staying in Ireland and now I am not considering to move.
So, I naturalized recently and now I am a Irish citizen. Over time I have come to believe in welfare aspects that aim to provide equal opportunity at life. I have been very proud to be EU citizen as well.
However, everytime I say I am Irish, even the most well-meaning people are surprised and many will even correct me to say, "you mean Irish national?". I actually didn't put too much attention to that.
After a while I was back in Bay Area a few days ago, and many of my friends have now become US Citizens. They were speechless when I said I am considered Irish national, but not really Irish... They can't even imagine they being considered not American. Their American identity can't even be questioned. It's widely accepted, deeply rooted into culture and American society. They were more surprised because a bunch of Americans, who has never been to Ireland can call themselves Irish and that's widely accepted in Ireland as well.
After coming back to Ireland, I now have this deep sense of disappointment.
