Last year I rented a Model Y, but for some reason Hertz never gave me points for that rental. This year I reserved a Model 3, and afterwards asked about the missing points, which they later put on my account. I just called them to apply the points for a free rental day and they told me they don't allow that for EVs. So I paid more for an EV just to not be able to redeem points on it! What a crock of shit!

II. SENTENCE IMPOSED
[102] Mr. Bowen will be sentenced to a global sentence of 56 months, less credit for the equivalent of 44 months of pre-sentence custody, for a total net sentence still to be served of 12 months’ imprisonment.
[103] The sentence will be apportioned as follows:
• Count 4 – possession of a loaded restricted firearm without being the holder of an authorization or licence and registration certificate, contrary to s. 95(1) of the Criminal Code – 2 years or 24 months, time served;
• Count 7 – possession of a firearm while prohibited by order under s. 109(2), contrary to s. 117.01(1) of the Criminal Code – 8 months to be served consecutive to count 4;
• Count 8 – possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to s. 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act – 2 years or 24 months, of which 20 months is time served, 4 months to be served consecutive to count 7.
[104] In addition to the custodial sentence, the following ancillary orders will issue.
[105] There will be an order for the taking of bodily substances for the DNA databank under s. 487.051(3) of the Code. Mr. Bowen has been convicted of secondary designated offences as defined in s. 487.04 because they are offences that carry a maximum penalty of five years or more and were prosecuted by indictment. The Crown has applied for a DNA order. Mr. Bowen does not oppose the order. I am satisfied that it is in the best interests of the administration of justice for the order to issue given the gravity of the offences, the risk to the public they posed, and the fact that the defence does not oppose the order.
[106] There will also be an order under s. 109(2)(a) and (b) prohibiting Mr. Bowen from possessing any firearm or weapon, ammunition, cross bow, prohibited device, or explosive substance for life.
[107] There will be an order for the forfeiture of the items seized by police.
[108] The victim fine surcharge payable under s. 737(1) is waived pursuant to s. 737(2.1) (a). Mr. Bowen has been detained in custody for a lengthy period of time, and as a result has not been working. He does not have much in the way of legitimate employment experience. When he is released from custody, he will need to secure employment, which may take him some time. I am satisfied that he is unable to pay the victim fine surcharge on account of precarious financial circumstances.

I mean, how did he survive? I ask not because he's a literal sponge that could regenerate from a single cell or some salamander capable of regenerating an entire severed arm. I ask because despite being "burned away" by Anveena, he "somehow" survived and continued terrorizing the Blood Elves from Deatholme. Even as a lich, he didn't get to claim the powers of the Sunwell, or otherwise he would have been nearly unstoppable for anyone.
In the manga, Harkyn Grymstone shot Dar'Khan, yet the latter regenerated his wounds.
It is either he is a really powerful lich who somehow withstood Anveena raising hell on him, or his spirit acquired some elf's corpse to use as his new body. By the latter logic, Lor'themar wouldn't have had some Blood Elf adventurer claim "Dar'Khan's" head because the body clearly would have belonged to someone else. All you would have done is call someone else the Traitor of Quel'Thalas.
The Adventurer would have been able to "kill" Dar'Khan because the magic capable of regenerating his body was only inside his body, not some other elf. Blood Elf players would have and should have been able to fight him and find a way to actually end his life during WotLK.

hello, ive had this pc for well over a few years now, pc was working yesterday complety when i turned it on this morning it would not turn on at all so i tried to resolve the issues, at first i thought it might've a power supply issue, so i reconnected power supply cable, that seemed to work it runed on but if i reconnected my p4 cable to my gpu it would turn off, the pc still works when connected to my cpu, and works half time if the gpu is still in the slot, if i remove it fully it works, but if i try to connect it again it turns off, sometimes when its plugged in the gpu and i try to turn it on it shows the light when its turned on for a second makes a noise than turns off does anyone have any solutions or probable cause would mean a lot thank you

Currently building capital with flips with a look to build a portfolio afterwards, building capital just negates relying on finance and can leave money in refinances if necessary.
Not a huge fan (but not opposed) of HMO's and vanilla BRR's aren't looking overly profitable currently with interest rates where they are, they're better than a year ago but still not majorly attractive. I've read so many times that a new boiler, expensive repair etc. can wipe out your profit for the whole year if you're making £200-300pcm on a property so looking for slightly higher yields to get ahead on cash flow.
I currently rent a conversion myself, was doing the maths on it and both flats bring in £1350pcm. House was sold in 2022 for £80k, local comparables suggest around a £160k valuation currently. Providing you found a similar property for £80k, £30k refurb/conversion, £10k in stamp and fees with a £160k GDV, a 75% refinance would be all money out. Renting for the same, £675 per unit.
Mortgage works are currently offering 3.99% 5 year fixed, £399pcm netting before EA fees, £951.
Has anyone experience in this? Obviously lots of variables play in, some properties need work others don't but as a rough idea.
