I do know basic stuff about the character mainly through movies (haven't seen Christopher Reeve ones) and cartoons.
From my limited knowledge: he does have a no kill rule and I assume he views every human life as sacred, and believes that anyone can be rehabilitated. Please correct me if I am wrong
Are there any examples where Superman explains/talks about what he feels towards the worst of the worst? Does he feel like some folks need to be put down but he is not the one to judge etc?

So I have these new neighbours that moved in about 5 months ago. 3 adults, 1 female, 2 males and 2 children.
There is consistent screaming, smashing things around the house, kids crying due to the violence. This usually happens around 8am every 2nd or 3rd day.
I have called the police multiple times for the sake of the kids as the male has guns and hits his woman around but by the time the police get there the fighting stops. The police have accused me of lying but the whole block hears them fighting and we are all sick of it.
Also they smoke weed like crazy like a bong every hour and my room just smells like weed all day. I need the windows open to aerate the house as I have severe asthma and recovering from pneumonia. I don't know how to approach them because they're violent people and I've heard one of the males threaten to shoot people walking by whom he's randomly started conflict with. It's a difficult situation, does anyone have advice?
