Hey guys, I just came across some news that might interest you about Weatherford and its misleading financial statements that inflated earnings by over $900M a few years ago
Here’s a quick recap: Between 2007 and 2012, Weatherford made false financial statements that overstated their earnings by more than $900M, violating accounting rules. As a result, the company had to restate its financials three times, and investors who suffered losses over this filed lawsuits.
Now, Weatherford has agreed to pay a $140M settlement through the SEC Fair Fund. The big news is that even though the claim deadline has passed, late claims are still being accepted for those who were affected.
So if you bought Weatherford shares during that time, you can check the details and file your claim here.

 | I recently saw this 4-minute short by aspiring filmmaker Fritz Frauendorf, about a man battling social anxiety, amidst a party environment. What follows, is Shane (our protagonist) literally having an out of body experience, struggling to find a way to escape from reality. As someone who often struggles with social anxiety, too, I found myself really connecting with this film. Anybody having this issue or know how to remedy? I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it but still wouldn't fetch. I'm assuming you can adjust settings through physical buttons but rather be able to use the app seeing it's one of the selling points.

 | I tried my hand at covering my switch dock using my Cricut! Hey! I'm a 6' 5" guy who's broad shouldered. I'm for (and been looking for years) a perfect armchair to use. Office chairs hurt my back and the vast majority of chairs are too low for my legs and the armrest are to low. The issue is consistently run into is that whenever I look up big or tall chairs it's literally chairs for fat (which would be fine if they were tall enough) or they are literally "tall backed" chairs.
Help please!
