"Bests" meant "Best regards and best wishes" in one. This affectation was pretty popular for a while. It went out of fashion maybe 10 or 15 years ago. Hi all! I was directed over here after posting on cancer. I was diagnosed with undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma of my iliac bone a few weeks ago. Just got my port placed and will be started MAP therapy after (hopefully) fertility preservation. I was offered whole genome sequencing as part of a research study at my treating facility. When speaking with the researcher, she mentioned the possibility of targeted therapy depending on the mutations identified. I myself am a resident physician and have done extensive research on osteosarcoma treatments. From my understanding, targeted therapy for osteosarcoma is in its infancy at best and at worst, has proven not to work. To preface, either way I will be participating in the study. If it doesn’t provide better outcomes for my case, hopefully it contributes to future advances for others diagnosed with this terrible disease.
My question is, has anyone had full genome sequencing for osteosarcoma or bone sarcoma and had targeted therapy (in additional to the traditional chem and surgery) based on the mutations identified?

I bought a 7600XT for $225 for my new build and while I think it was a good deal I think I’m going to instead use that to replace the RX580 in my current PC that’s being passed down to my son.
I don’t do much gaming but when I do it’s GTA V and now Black Ops 6. I don’t have any desire for the latest and greatest and I can barely tell the differences when I see various images of game detail that some GPU add. I just want to casually play at decent settings on 1440p.
I’m looking at the 7800XT from either XFX in the Speedster Merc319 or the Gigabyte version. I’m not crazy sure what the difference is between the two other than searching here a lot of people prefer the XFX but many were older threads.
XFX is 469 and Gigabyte is 489 so I’m not going to notice $20.
It will be paired with a Ryzen 5 7600X.
Input is much appreciated. I’m looking to stay under $550 total (tax included) so I’m open to other options. I plan to stick to this until it craps out or I just cannot play a game decently with it, not a quick future upgrade. I’ve used the 580 since 2020 to give a reference there, still works great but the there’s a need for 2 computers now.

Spinfire is very popular as far as I could tell. Is that for a reason? What about noname balls? I can see GEM sells some homebrand ones for 90 bucks for 60 balls and ODEA for 120. Are they any good?
