Good day, I was doing some HCEs with some friends and we all agreed that HCEs as a form of end game content for PvE players is good the way it is for groups. However we got to talking about how nice it would be to be able to run these HCEs as a solo as well. Right now one of the only reasons to have 8.4 gear is to run those HCE maps with a group. No since SBI is on a kick of separating solo and group players I think its fair to say that HCEs since they offer a solo expedition section they should offer a solo hardcore expedition as well. This would at least give solo players another reason to grind for high tier gear and also some decent form of silver from PvE at the highest tier of map.
For example each map would require its own build like some requiring more sustain like using a druidic staff and merc jacket combo like the old solo group dungeon boss fights. And some could focus more on heavy solo dps utilizing something like cursed staff or bolt casters and dodge role, soldier helm for blocking big unavoidable hits that could 1 shot you. It seems like the build possibilities are endless for albion so the solo HCEs would require more swaps than the group ones.
It would at least give solo players a good PvE end game and also expand on HCEs maybe making them more appealing for people. And for SBI it would give players an incentive to swipe for gold so they can just buy the 8.4 gear. Win Win. Solo players get challenging PvE only content and SBI gets money for people swiping for 8.4 sets.

She (27F) and I (27M) met at a wedding a year ago. This has been by far the best relationship of my life, and she's been nothing short of an amazing girlfriend. In any other scenario, can truly see myself spending the rest of my life with this woman.
But early on in our dating, it turns out she hooked up with a stranger at a bar. This was after our 2nd date (we weren't officially exclusive until 5 dates in). Despite not being exclusive, it rubbed me the wrong way when she told me but I was able to mostly get over it. She said she was drunk, it was quick and meaningless, mostly to get over her ex. I respected her honesty about the whole thing. And I also didn't make my romantic intentions clear until the third date (my fault). So our relationship continued and we've been happy since, until around 2 weeks ago..
I got more details about the hookup. That she was the one who approached him, and brought him back to her place. They didn't even know each others names, they only talked for like 20 minutes before leaving. Also found out she was more tipsy than drunk and in full control of her actions. The guy was like a foot taller than me, jacked, everything I'm not. I got jealous she actively pursued this man, all while I was pursuing her. She gave him everything physical immediately, and made me wait 8+ dates to get that far.
I've tried to get over this. I know a lot of the issues are my own insecurities. We've even discussed it multiple times. But I'm not sure what she can say to make it better.
We've been talking about commitment somewhat soon. I'm not sure I can give my entire future to someone who would do this to someone. It might be my ego talking, but I feel disrespected and like a second choice.
I know she has been faithful since we went exclusive. And since exclusivity, the sexual/physical attraction from her side has been very high. But I'm worried this action showed what she really wants, and that she's using me as a "stable" settle down type guy.
Walking away from this is one of the toughest things I've ever done. But hopefully I find someone who matches my values a bit more. Part of me is just worried I won't.

"02, 4.0, manual. Anyone know the exhaust bolt sizes?
Ripping out and replacing everything after the exhaust manifold and before the muffler.
I doubt the new parts will include any fasteners/nuts-n-bolts.
Can I use the generic nuts/bolts from the parts store, or do these have weird sizes?
Rockauto shows these as M10x1.5. Will that size work on the other connections (y-pipe to rear cat, and rear cat to muffler) as well?

In 2016-2017, Whenever me and my brother would watch YouTube, There was a chance a scary ad would pop up. The ad was these sort of human realistic puppets, And they just looked creepy. The setting was a bland and grey where-house with a bunch of the chickens inside of tight cages. The setting was just creepy, And the chickens talked. We usually tried to skip it as soon as possible, But once we watched it to get over it. The chickens where talking about the cages where too small and being sad. It was still creepy though, but then it showed how cramped chickens are. That’s all I remember.

2024.11.26 01:28 the_smilingdog Sciatic nerve pain in leg and TENS unit
OK so long story short: my dad had cancer reoccur in his right leg in the biceps femoris muscle. This muscle was removed, however the surgeon accidently severed the sciatic nerve, but repaired it right then. While my father is recovering, he's having a poor time coping with this new found disability. Which is understandable, he's like 65 and a long time commercial truck driver and farm boy.
He does have, say, 75-80% of sensation back. He's missing sensation to the top and medial portion of his foot. So far he's unable to move the foot, but the knee is mostly bendable.
Anyway. Onto the question. I was reading somewhere that a TENS unit can help with the nerve (possibly) regenerating but also helping with pain and function. Does anyone know where the pad placements would go? I'm not super familiar with the TENS unit myself and only used it for a short time years ago.

First time posting but long time lurker on Reddit.
I am facinated with these stories but I wonder why we don’t hear of so many stories outside of America?
I’m from Scotland and our Highlands were once part of the Appalachian mountain range. We have cave systems and forests which seem like ideal spaces for many cryptids and yet there are no stories of encounters. I have not heard any accounts of Crawlers from the UK and would like to hear people’s thoughts on why this is.
Sure, our history is rich in folklore and there are stories of Fairies, Brownies and other Celtic lore but nothing modern and no sightings.
