2024.11.26 01:31 HerrNieto How do you install a piston head without a circlip groove?
 | So I'm in the process of swapping an effed up cylinder head (last pic) in my 1984 300zx, and I got these from a local retailer but... I see no circlip groove! At first I thought "well they are probably press-fit" but the pins just slide in and out freely. I'm not aware of any other securing methods, and the only other thing I can think of is that they need to be machined? Any help is appreciated! 2024.11.26 01:31 unrebigulator Recommendations for a forever amp - Fender sound.
I have a few amps, which I'll probably sell to help fund my next amp. I do gig, small venues/pubs, but it's going well, and I hope/expect for things to grow. Not arenas, obviously, but if I got as big as a community hall type size, that would be great.
I'd like to buy second hand, if possible.
What I have:
- GT40 - I like it, but it's not powerful enough for gigging, and I don't really use the built in pedal effects. I'm moving more towards real pedals.
- Marshall 15 Watt something. My first amp, I don't like the Marshall sound, and haven't used this amp in a long time.
- Big bass amp. I play bass as well as guitar, but am thinking about using the bass amp for guitar as well as bass. Maybe I can get the sound I want with EQ etc. Not going to sell this. It's certainly powerful enough for any venue I'm going to play.
I don't have a set budget, per se, but you know. The DRTM is about $1400 AUD new, which I could probably stretch to.
I've been scouting FB marketplace for a while, but haven't really see anything I like, that is close enough to pick up.
I'm in Australia.

I finished Dark Journey 2 days ago, and I got kunoichi, fatale, and harbinger of doom. I have achieved the ultimate combination of gooner and unemployed (I’m employed I swear). I have touched grass, but now idk what to do. Any other cool goals I can go for in zombies that’s enjoyable?

Guys, im so damn excited. The pros on here already know all this, but for new people its pretty cool.
If you have Renoise on a laptop/PC or even better on a small tablet, and you maybe have the TE OPZ, Renoise picks up the OPZ as external keys and sequencer as soon as you plug it in!!!
You can pick up an OPZ for real cheap online, ebay maybe too. It has a rechargeable battery and is about the size of a TV remote. Very handy and easy to use as a keyboard.
