My derealization takes about a month. This is mainly due to the fact that I communicate with people or work, but it takes a month. Then she comes back, I don't feel reality again, I'm scared and sick, panic attacks come back, but it lets me go for a while.
This is the third time this has happened. Is this considered a path to recovery, that the symptoms can let me go for a month, or does this happen to almost everyone?

Story time, you can skip this paragraph. So yesterday I finished my first half marathon after only ever finishing a 5k to 10k training program. I just liked the medal and didn't expect to finish it without stopping to catch my breathe a few times, but I somehow managed to finish it without stopping even once. Now I feel like a full marathon is more achievable than ever, but my overly ambitious ass wants to take it all the way to Boston. I'm signed up for a marathon in March, but I want to try to get a sub 3 hour time so that I can be qualified for the Boston Marathon. I just want to know how realistic this goal is and I need the advice of experienced runners to humble me a little.
My half marathon time from yesterday was 2:09:39. To qualify for the Boston Marathon I need to finish my marathon in March in under 3 hours. As someone who has never finished a marathon before, how likely is it that I will be able to pull it off? Or should I taper my expectations and aim for 2027 BM instead of 2026?

I’m wondering if I have LS and think it would be helpful to hear from others who have been diagnosed. Weeks ago I noticed tiny white spots on my vulva that I assumed was caused by a yeast infection because of the irritation/discomfort I was feeling. As time has passed the white spot have increased and are starting to look like patches. A lot of the images I’ve seen on Google don’t really present as tiny spots. I’m curious if anyone’s patches, started as smaller spots that grew together into a patch?

I recently got Ark Survival Evolved for PC and was hoping to play with a friend but can't seem to find any way to do that outside of renting a server or methods using a spare PC (which neither of us have). I used to play Survival Evolved on Xbox One and don't remember having these same issues there or having me or my friend rent a server there. In both cases it was just two of us, hence why I don't want to have to go through crazy lengths to get a multiplayer island.
Is there some way to play multiplayer without renting a server? And if there isn't, what's the best company to rent a server from?
