I wanted to stream from my PC to my TV via Chromecast, as I had done before with other Steam games, and the lag was always around half a second. I have tried and tried to post my story but getting preoccupied by the time im even 4 sentences in. Im desperate today, been discharged told my husband I need to focus on one task and hes taken soothing over completely and nappy change so I can focus on this one thing. I gave birth on sunday at 4.21am, I havent pooped since saturday 11am. I am struggling and I cant focus on baby whilst this pain is present. Ive tried anusol, the advice given on NHS, tiktok advice besides the frozen stuff. I wasnt as worried whilst in hosp as I didnt realise i wasnt eating much because I wasnt comfortable. I forgot to ask for lactulose but luckily I had some at home, taken it twice and the pain is unbearable to even think about going even when I need to. Flatulence is burning. Any advice please

I'm planning to buy a new MacBook Pro 14'' with the M3 Pro chip. I was thinking about the M3 Pro base specification:
Apple MacBook Pro 14”
with M4 chip with 10 core CPU, 10 core GPU
16 GB Unified Memory
512GB SSD Storage
I currently have an old Intel 2018 MacBook Pro 13" with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SDD. I use it for basic things like browsing, watching videos and movies, making MS Office documents and video calls for my work. My work involves a lot of research so I have sometimes more than 100 tabs open on my Chrome browser but I haven't faced many problems in my old MacBook with 16 GB RAM. I play basic games like Township but don't do heavy gaming. I don't use any major professional apps like Adobe Creative Pro ones or anything else graphics or design related. I do primarily text-based work drafting MS Office documents and read books and PDFs.
So my questions were:
- For the new MacBook, should I upgrade to the Nano-Texture Display compared to the Standard Display? I don't use my current Macbook much outdoors and don't plan to do so in the future too so was wondering whether it's worth the $150 for other benefits apart from when using it outdoors?
- Should I upgrade the RAM to 24 GB from 16 GB to better future proof it as I won't be buying another MacBook soon?
It would be great to hear more about whether it makes sense to upgrade any of the 3 things above or if I should just sitck with the base options.
