The whole WAN port auto-sensing debacle has been driving me nuts for a while. Every time my ISP goes down, they typically take 3 days to fix it (in a metro city in India; how they are still in business is a question). In the meantime, my smart home stays dead because LAN is down.
So I have been religiously searching for a solution to turn off this bug (not a feature) every week. And I came across this and cried out “YES!” — https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/faq/4252/
Only to realise that Deco XE75 is not covered. I regret buying this product so very much and I question early adopting WiFi 6E every day. Clearly the fix is straightforward for every Deco model. Why this negligence? How is this a feature? (Please fire your PM) People burnt by this issue are never going to respect the TP-Link brand again. May be we do get what we pay for. Cheap not just in price but in quality and an utter lack of customer support.
My question here is this: 1. Is this feature going to expand to other models? 2. If so what is the timeline? 3. Should I trash this router and give up on this brand?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice on what kitchen gadget to pick up during Black Friday to help me meal prep more efficiently. My work hours are long, leaving me almost no time to cook during the week, so I try to do all my meal prep over the weekend. I want to streamline the process and ensure my meals are ready to go when I need them.
Here’s what I currently have in my kitchen:
Two-burner stove Microwave/oven combo (the size of a regular microwave, large enough for a 12"x12" baking sheet) Bread machine (I mostly use it for making sandwich bread) Standard pot set and a wok Here are the gadgets I’m considering:
Vacuum Sealer
To better preserve food for the week. I’m thinking about prepping ingredients (like beef and broccoli for rice bowls) and sealing them for quick reheating in a pan or by boiling the bag. I could pre-cook meals, portion them out, and freeze or refrigerate them better Bonus: It could be useful down the line if I ever decide to try sous vide cooking.
Pressure CookeSlow Cooker
For two potential meal prep styles: Set it up before work and have dinner ready when I get home (especially nice for winter). Cook big batches of meals (like crockpot chicken, beef stew, etc.) to portion and reheat during the week.
Other Suggestions
I’ve considered an air fryer, but I don’t think it fits well with my current kitchen layout or planning style. What do you think would give me the most bang for my buck? Do you have experience with any of these gadgets or other suggestions that really helped you with meal prepping? I’d love to hear your advice!

6 hours. That is how long it took to disable Ballidorse.
The decision seems so strange to me, as a bug like this brings players back to have fun with something so busted, and possibly reignites their passion for the game.
The amount of content that would be made, montages and the like drive player engagement, albeit for a short time until a fix is implemented.
The identity of this game in some form has included things being incredibly broken, and the community having a blast with them.
To me, it just seems against their own interests to disable something so fast. Let people have fun with it for a week. Let creators make lots of content from it for a week. Let the game be trending online for a week. To me, disabling it in 6 hours after the first video was posted, is just a shame, and works against keeping players count.

i’ve been thinking about transitioning the setting of my manga from the americas to japan. which means new names for most of the characters. but for starters, i’m not well versed in how names are written, decided or pronounced when it comes to japanese names. i think some names are combinations of two or more kanji, and some are just words
but would it matter if i just pick any random combination of japanese names and sandwiched them together to create a name for a fictional character? or is that insensitive? that’s what i did for a number of my characters’ original names. would that just not make sense if i did that
in the case of mha, i think their names are puns. but i dont understand enough of the language to do that
idk, i just dont want my characters to end up looking stupid with stupid names
