Hi guys,
I have a patient who is in PT as part of a work comp issue after sustaining a torn meniscus from a slip and fall at work. She has had PT for the same thing previously and is now back in PT. She’s still is limited in higher functioning activity and I advised that she consider discussing alternative options due to lack of progress. She mentioned that she has authorized visits and intend on taking advantage of it but i told her that PT doesn’t seem to work. Now she is upset and think she’s not getting the care she deserves despite the patient education and strength work we’ve done in the past month.

Hsv results came back and I’m having a hard time understanding, my igM came back 1.03 (equivocal) and Hsv2 igG 0.084 (unreactive) and hsv1 0.024 (unreactive). Doctor said they will only call if I’m positive, they never called so I took it as I was negative but after looking at my results I’m unsure how to interpret it as negative since my igM is in the grey area.

 | I literally completed all the side missions, including the side mission to save from the Monolith, and they thanked me. Afterwards, I went to retrieve the dispatcher, and there were enemies on the way through Jalisha. I hit him in the head 7 times with a grenade launcher, headshot in 40~50 times just like this pictures distance, and confirmed that he didn't die, so I decided that this was definitely a serious bug. Hi, I have factory rested my computer. When I added back the Auro wallet extension I could only restore one of my 2 ledger accounts. When I try to add another Ledger account, Ledger keep generating the same wallet address that I already have, that belongs to the first Ledger account, that was restored successfully. Can some one please suggest how to add the second Ledger account to the same wallet?
