I've always wanted to just be friends first like i want my boyfriend to be my best friend and I thought it's pretty reasonable, when i was younger by a while i had a phrase when i saw sex for fun as something normal but never done it cause in the end of the day i felt like i'm too sensitive and would get hurt instead of just having fun. Then I stopped thinking about being in a relationship cause i met a guy that messed with my head, i liked him but he was not over his ex so i got out of that situationship with a low self esteem and it took me almost two years to heal and be ready to open up to the idea of relationships again.
So in June i decided to use a dating app and even tho i didn't plan to actually meet anyone, i got asked out and we started dating, i hit this guy with let's be friends after our first date cause i got scared and he said okay, then after a month we had a conversation and we decided that we like each other and we started dating, he was my first kiss but he doesn't know it and he honestly was a first guy i got so close to, he never actually told me he wanted to have sex with me here and now but on one of our last meetings he asked if i've ever done it and i told him i didn't, i didn't ask him the same question cause he was in a 3y long relationship and i'm almost sure he did it, also he told me he's a sexoholic but can't have sex without an actual connection so idk. The thing is after that conversation he kinda got distant. Our last meeting seemed off and he didn't touch me at all, he didn't try to kiss me or anything and he was talking to his friends on the phone by the most part of it what was sick. Then we were texting but he was 'too busy' to see me and it's almost two months later, i told him how i feel and it seems like he doesn't care about me anymore, i asked if he wanted to end it and he ignored me. It's been a week. Also when asking if i slept with someone and hearing my answer he told me he's impressed and he understands why i don't want to hurry with it and asked if i'm waiting for the one, he said it like it's the stupidest thing ever so i didn't say anything and he didn't push.

I’ve had this friend for a few months now but to be completely honest we’ve been pretty romantic and obsessed with each other since our first meeting. I’m sure both of us knew that this was going to go beyond platonic since we clicked immediately and have wonderful chemistry.
Well lately I’ve been visiting his apartment frequently to watch a show (with A LOT of episodes) together. We’ve also gone to two separate off-campus events together, a movie and party. And each time we hang out we get closer and closer both in our relationship and literally physically. We’ve both been initiating touch via, pressing our legs against each other, brushing each other’s shoulder or leaning on each other, today he put his arm around me on the couch.
The question: I am TERRIFIED of doing anything. He shied away from my touch twice before so I’m petrified of scaring him off. That coupled with some extreme social anxiety makes me feel like every time im touching him or very very close to him physically, that my chest is going to burst open and kill me. I kinda freeze but try to loosen my body so that I don’t look too freaked out.
I like him a lot and I’ve never felt chemistry with someone like this before but I’m literally sabotaging myself and I just want to find a way to smoothly reciprocate his physical advances without wanting to hurl afterwards. Literally just being close to him makes me nauseous And dizzy, I like him so much it makes me look stupid. I always say dumb stuff and fumble with my words around him. Oh god please someone help me.
