Hi everyone,
I'm a DevOps engineer with 3 years of experience, and I passed the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam about two years ago. I'm now preparing to take the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification and need a course to fill gaps in my knowledge, especially around services or topics I don’t work with actively in my day-to-day role.
I’ve narrowed it down to Cantrill and Maarek but can’t decide which one would suit my needs better. I know this question might be asked frequently, so apologies in advance for repeating it, but I’d really appreciate your insights. Thanks.

A few weeks ago, my mother had a very traumatic experience at a doctor’s office during a procedure in which she was left choking for around 2-3 hours and lost her breath for a few seconds.
Ever since then, she panics and keeps remembering the event. She’s constantly been in a panicked mood and can’t seem to relax at all or even sleep properly. She stays awake at a stretch for 36-48 hours and only then sleeps for a while.
What is going on with her? How do we deal with this and fix this? Do you think this is overreacting or is it normal after such an event? I’m very worried. Please guide us.

Hi , so about a couple of months ago I noticed I started urinating more than usual per day to the point i woke up sometimes just to go to the bathroom and id get thirsty often or I'd get hungry every 3 hours after eating and the hunger felt like someone was pinching my stomach and id get nauseas from time to time. I went to the doctor and they took a diabetes strip test and it said I had normal blood sugar levels and I do have diabetes run in my family so they took a blood sample and sent it to the lab and it said I had a vitamin deficiency, the doctor prescribed me biodal 50.000 to take once a week all of the bottle (minus one pill that fell off my hand in the sink) and I took it until I finished the whole bottle and i felt better each day i took it, all was good until Maybe 2 weeks after I finished the whole bottle I started getting these symptoms back. So I am confused on what is happening ?

After trying out diluted cleaning vinegar I just wanna use more efficient (and less smelly) soap. I don't want to keep using my current soap though, since I don't know what's in it (it's some sort of all natural dish soap). I do know that some soaps can be toxic for animals, but I have no frame of reference as for which ones I can actually use. To but it more clearly; are there any reptile safe soap brands that anyone here are aware of/use yourself?

As simple as the title. With some considerations I believe matter in this instance.
Duping soul items in DS1 isn't particularly moderated by the game itself. The act itself hasn't been patched between the original release and the remaster. Technically a player's stats aren't being manipulated to give them an unfair advantage in the multiplayer element. Being summoned by a friend scales you to their soul level, so your stats barely matter. Invasions are also scaled to soul level, meaning you will only fight people with similar stats. On every way being soul level 100 by the time you fight the Taurus Demon provides no unfair advantage in the multiplayer element. If anything you're disadvantaged as the people you're fighting will be better equipped than you.
The only real change is that a run becomes boring. The main enemies and a few bosses are made relatively trivial.
At this point I guess the question depends on whether or not Twitch cares if you use unmoderated exploits to have fun in a single player game.
I don't believe this should be punishable by Twitch. But I'm not Twitch. I'm concerned with what Twitch would think.
