I grew up on a 2500 acre row crop farm and know I wanted to be a part of ag from the jump. Outta high school I worked for a local John Deere dealership and was supposed to go to their tech school in the fall (class of 2018) Well I got a wild hair up my ass decided to quit to work for a local farmer as I could sense something was going down at the dealer (They were bought out shortly after and everything went to hell but now a days seem to be alright) and farming is the only thing I wanted to do and still do but I’ve always enjoyed wrenching. I currently wrench on mixer trucks and have for some time now but I’ve bounced around between now and then. But it’s seriously what I want to do. My whole life is surrounded by it and it’s all I have interest in anymore. As I’ve grown wiser I’ve come to realize 1. I should’ve never left 2. The ag field is where I belong and 3 It’s been weighing on my mind heavy for the past couple years but being that I’m 24 and sort of established with a home, dog, carpayment, adult bills and the likes I feel kind of stuck and am not seeing a way to make it work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looking off advice. In my early 30s and graduating within the next month with my BS in accounting. My goal was to try to get in the big 4 immediately, but I am graduating with only 120 credit hours. I am doing my masters immediately upon completion of my BS and the program is accelerated and I should be finished within 3 months and will have my 160 credit hours. My question is this: would it be a mistake to accept a job at a mid size firm immediately upon completion of my BS, and then try to apply to big 4 as soon as I have my 150 credit hours? Or should I just wait it out, stay in my current job as a paralegal, and then apply to big 4 once I have my 150 credit hours? Any advice is appreciated!

Hi. I know after hearing this your going to be screaming at your phone, “report him!” and I get it. I’d be screaming that at me too but I can’t. He’s tour average golden boy who’s really a fucking asshole. He literally hasn’t stopped bothering me since high school and if he wasn’t as untouchable as he was I wouldn’t done something, anything. This all started during my senior year of Hugh school. I had noticed how much he’d stare at me during class and I made it obvious that I didn’t like him. One day when the teacher was gone he started calling all my Muslims terrorists knowing I was Muslim. I was high as fuck and angry so I walked up to him and called him an asshole so he started spreading rumors about me, calling me names, moving close to me during lunch and staring at me, and now in college he’s been even worse. The last time I saw him at a frat party he literally told me I had to either stand next to him the whole time or leave. I physically can’t do this anymore he just won’t stop.

 | First artwork post and I'm scared to death, but self critique has reached its limit. Learning 3D has been an uphill struggle and glacial speed, but finally there is some progress worth showing. I'm in need of constructive criticism, but please be gentle. I'm easily demoralized and sensitive 😥 Suigetsu is first from Team Taka because he's the "easiest". The hair was the hardest part and I'm not satisfied. If anyone has advice on creating a more style accurate hair I need the help. Lasf two images are examples of what I mean by 3D style accuracy. The first is 3D that emulates 2D. If someone could analyze and explain how to recreate it I'd be grateful! Ultimate goal is to make on 3D figures and simple animations in a semi on model personal style. Anatomy, proportions, hair and posing are my current priority, clothing, retopology and UV/Texturing next. Is that a good path? If not, what would be better hierarchy? Speaking of anatomy, one would think he'd be easier to make since he is naked at various points in the manga and anime 😂 Not confident about posting his nudes publicly though. His irises are placeholder circular planes free floating in an eyesocket since I haven't decided on how to make the eyes. I finished Blender Guru's lighting course specifically for these test renders, but it's hasn't clicked yet. Wandah Kurniawan and Createll's are courses I will take once I can 💀 Co/lo/so's video player sucks and is impossible to run for longer than a few seconds at a time currently. I’m hearing impaired and enjoy the game with friends but I am wondering is anyone else in Australia getting horrible lobby queues of 170ms up to 260ms at times?
I want to believe it’s a issue with the SBMM taking precedence rather than your ping for matching regional but I don’t know I’ve checked activision and no shadow bans usually my mates and I play in mornings when we’re not working and early evening and we can get constant 15ms lobbies through the day with two of us in a party but when four of us in a party in evening we might get lucky to get 7 or 8 low ping lobbies before the garbage searching for match <170ms rears it’s ugly head.
Something needs to be done about the consistency of lobby matchmaking in this regard.
