 | We have been best friends since middle school. He came from Korea at 6th grade and I welcomed him and made him fit in to the school and would always be together. We had so many enjoyable experiences together until he went back to Korea during the our freshman year around January. After he went back we would still talk a lot over text and would play online games together very frequently. When I visited Korea that summer we hung out and made more great memories. We would still talk to each other more. During my junior year we didn't talk as much because we were busy with school and preparing for college, so we didn't get to talk a lot which is understandable. I have liability only auto insurance through Progressive on my 1997 Toyota Tacoma, and I just moved to Oregon from the Bay Area work. My CA policy costs $55/month (that's if I pay $0 up front at the beginning of the policy). I just called Progressive to update my policy, and they quoted me at $180/month for liability only insurance, and the truck is only driven 5k miles/year. I have no prior accidents, and no tickets within 3 years.
I'm living with housemates— 5 of us total, and the insurance agent justified the price by saying that there's 4 additional people in the house that have to be listed (but not covered) on the policy, and that's why it's higher. My previous arrangement was 3 people including myself, and in the Bay Area which has notoriously higher rates.
Any suggestions? Please don't respond by justifying a 3X higher cost, thanks.
tldr; Auto insurance for liability only is 3x higher moving from CA to OR, please help.

I was annoyed at the recent spike because when I initially had planned it, I was projecting 810 Shares, now with the spike I got 787. Lost out of 23 Shares. I will let this drip for 1 year and we will see how it goes. The total amount of funds transferred was $23,265. 787 Shares @ $29.51 = $23,224.37, with $40.63 left over across Roth and traditional.  | You know this feeling people talk about, getting depressed by being in cold places? For me is the other way around. My brain is like "why is it hot???" As a foreigner used to fresh/ cold weather, I've been great with heat while is hot also in my origin country, but NOW? Waiting for the fresh weather since September, (and yeah I gotta admit, I visualy miss christmas decorations) I started feeling sick, exhausted, sad maybe? My mom already decorated like 6 trees, 6 (at relatives and friends houses)and for me I havent even started making cookies cause is hot. Don't get me wrong, I love the country, the culture, everything, but the crazy weather is affecting my sanity 🥲 Is anyone else having a hard time explaining to the clock in your body why is still so hot?
