Im in the process of buying a new house and the plan was to always liquidate a small amount of my funds for the upsize.
I have both a Investment ISA and a standard investment account with fidelity
All funds are in the green with various degrees of gains, but nothing wild.

I crashed my plane on the first flight with it. I have to grind all the way back up with employee missions to repair it. Takes a long ass time.
I wish there was a way to borrow some money to get the repairs done and start earning cash from the business to pay it off later.
Euro truck simulator has an option to borrow money (to buy your own truck or do repairs) and pay interest.

Hi All.
I am looking for loft extension, and since the scaffolding will be setup, I was wondering if it's worth doing the rendering at the same time.
My house is a 1930s semi-detatch with cavity wall. As per Council Site, cavity wall insulation was installed in 2007.
Should I consider rendering? I understand that it will increase the overall insulation, however I am concerned about the damp. Currently there's no damp.
If yes, what sort of insulation/rendering should I consider?
If No, why not?

Going to build a new pc soon, I still got a 1650 S and was planning to upgrade to a 7800 xt. Now I wonder if I can just use both gpus in the new system to gain performance for gaming.I would like to set it so the 7800 XT only renders games while the 1650 S should handle all other applications.
Planning to go with a 9800x3d and Gigabyte Eagle AX B650 for CPU + Mainboard. Also a 850W PSU. Also using an NVMe SSD with PCIe 4.0.
The thing I am confused about is the splitting part about PCIe mostly. I don't quite understand it.

I am 22 (F), I know that my parents aren't happy with eachother and I know things have been this way for quite some time now. My dad was a business merchant with a flourished business he had huge losses, and my mom has been a teacher for around 10 years now, she also takes tuitions and goes for home tuitions i.e. one on one tutoring at the student's place. I think both my parents are cheating. Actually, I am kinda certain that they have been physically involved with other people just not 100 percent sure.
My dad was into prostitutes and stuff, now I have no solid proof of it, but my uncle was, and we lived in the same house so there are high chances so my dad. When me and my mom left for my nani's place and my aunty and her kids went to her mother's place, my uncle had some prostitutes over and I wasn't sure if my dad was involved too. But when we came back my maid and my mom were talking about my uncle and my maid kinda started crying and she has been working with us for around 30 years, she has seen my father grow up and even me grow up, so she started crying because she wasn't expecting something like from my father. So, mother asked if something wrong happened with her, and she denied, and I am not sure what she replied because I was over hearing this. I was in 7th grade i.e. 14 years old, when this happened, so no one told/discussed these things with me. Few days later I was using my mom's phone obviously because I didn't own a phone back then and I saw messages with a certain person and in that conversation, she was saying that she found empty wrappers of condom in her bedroom.
As for my mom, I again read things in her phone she was texting with this certain person let's call him "JAY". She met this guy on Facebook, from what I could make out of those chats, they were flirting, and they'd also say I love you and all to each other. Now this jay person was in his early 20's and from a lower middle-class family my mom was in her mid-30's back then. I think they had an affair for almost 8-9 months and one day I tried being naive and sort of confessed it to her and she denied and told me there's no such thing. She went ahead and told these things to jay and after that they started having arguments. Now they must have fought or something I don't know what happened, they stopped talking. Now few weeks later jay sent me a friend request on facebook I didn't react to it didn't even delete because I wanted nooo involvement and since I was using my mom's phone, so she saw that on my account and then went ahead and said that she had deleted his number but I don't forget any contacts so she was asking me for his number and few days later everything about him just stopped. Now, skip 3 years ahead. My father owned a shop, and he had few people over and the shop was like joint to my house. So, every time we had to go somewhere we'd leave from the shop it was like an exit and entry as well. Now my father had people over all the time at shop, some friends some business dealers etc. There was one such person let's call him "Bhatia". This Bhatia person always used to give my mom flirty eyes, and my mom would give them back. Note you guys at this point my mom is in her late 30's around 38-39 Y old and bhatis is in his early 50's. I knew something was up between them but wasn't sure. He gave my mom 10K to spend because were in financial difficulty It was very suspicious becuase people don't do that to just "friends". So, one day when we were leaving for navratri celebration bhatia was sitting at our shop and obviously we were dressed up well, we greeted him at shop and left. I was holding my mom's phone while she was driving (by this time I have my own phone, so I don't use hers anymore nor do I go through it.) and saw a notification. It was a text from bhatia saying "looking very beautiful dear 😍". I was sort of disturbed by it and then later that night I went through her phone. There were all the flirting texts also some messages like "I want to see you" to which my mom replied "hmmm". That's it. I could never find anything other than these texts with that person. Similarly, I have seen such flirty texts and reels with 2 other people on her phone and I get it male friends flirt mine do too, but they don't send you reels about 69, blowjobs etc. I never bought these things up. And for this bhatia guy I thought they were just flirting around and no actual physical involvement.
Skip 5 more years, for almost 2.5 years we have moved to another city and my dad works in private sector earns around 10-12k a month my mom is still a teacher and also takes tuitions. I went away for graduation and have come back 5 months ago. One day me and my mom were sitting, and my mom was just watching reels, and she came across a sensual one and she paused to send it to somebody now I was curuious because I knew for a fact that it wasn't my dad she was sending those too. Later that evening I went through her phone and found out that it was one of the 2 other people she was talking to earlier, so I digged deeper and found out she was still in touch with bhatia and they have been regularly doing the good morning and good night texts and obviously there was all the flirting but by this point it was normal.
I KID YOU NOT UP UNTIL THIS POINT I HAVE BELIEVED WITH EVRY NERVE IN MY BODY THAT THEY WERE NEVER ACTUALLY INVOLVED PHYSICALLY AND HAVE BEEN JUST FLIRTING AROUND. But one day I go through her phone again and a text from bhatia leaves me shocked!! I had no words left. The text read "I MISS YOU MY BABY, I REMEMBER OUR MASSAGE SESSIONS. I AM LUCKY TO HAVE A FRIEND LIKE YOU." to which my mom replied, "I MISS YOU TOO, I AM ALSO LUCKY TO HAVE A FRIEND LIKE YOU BABY." and from that moment onwards I feel bad and the thing that comes to my mind is that when did she go see him? Was it when she said she's going to school or when she said she going to meet her friends or when she said she was going for tuition. I mean I have been sooo attached to my mom that every time she left home I'd think whether or not shes's safe. I would feel bad that she has to work harddd and I can't do a shit about it.
Now I just sit and wonder which of these times was she lying to me? Has she really been lying to me all this while? At this point I don't even know how to feel about my parents, I can't just leave them because they are my parents and can't ignore that but at the same time, they are these individuals who have been cheating in their marriage.
DO YOU GUYS THINK I AM OVER-REACTING OR OVER THINKING AND I SHOULD JUST LEAVE THEM TO IT?
