There are too many obvious picks. Mage is Lightning evocation, and Lightning evocation is Mage. I'm not talking about the power curve; it's OK, that some classes excel at the beginning, while the others climb to their power through the rough start. The issue is, how obvious the choices are.
- Lightning evocation is too strong against Fire evocation;
- Nearly doubling its damage is obviously better, than inflicting minor debuffs with it;
- Grabbing +50% nukes damage Channel power is a no-brainer;
- Ignoring status resistance and gaining accuracy is better, than acquiring a bit of tankiness (looks like they copied the fork from the Warrior's tree, but for a Warrior "dmg vs survivability" is a choice).
So, I think, the nerfs will only make everything worse, instead Mage needs a rework with the main idea of granting him more buttons through the tree (with each button being not that powerful).

Three white guys walk into a bar just before closing. The bartender says, “We’re shutting down,” but they persuade him to serve one last round.
They notice three drunk men sitting at different tables: an Indian guy, a Mexican guy, and a Black guy. The white guys bet the bartender that the Black guy will be the last to leave. The bartender takes the bet.

The white guys start arguing, saying they didn’t know about the policy. The bartender cuts them off . “Don’t be upset, guys. At least you all won the bet.”

2024.11.26 10:32 Due-Penalty-5561 Chest pain from virus/illness is indistinguishable from PE pain - how the hell are survivors meant to practically manage this??
So, for context, I was diagnosed with an unprovoked bilateral PE in my lungs at 21. Was on anticoagulants for 6 months, no medication now,
I'm 23 now, and I feel like I've only just figured out the "correct" course of actions for dealing with having this in my health history. Who to listen to (hematologist, ED staff), who to ignore (anybody at the GP office, national health helpline who will tell me to go to hospital ASAP in 100% of cases), how to respond to different issues (chest pain vs calf pain), etc.
As part of this process, I learned that if I get sick with an illness that causes my chest to hurt, I will need to go to the emergency department because it feels the same as my PE did, even if I KNOW that it's obviously just a bad cold (from context).
It seems I get triaged to be seen immediately, the ED staff tell me I did the right thing and that viruses can increase risk of blood clots, etc. So I'm not worried about wasting anybody's time. It's written down clearly by all my professionals, chest pain = go to the emergency department.
But it feels so STUPID. It's impractical. It costs me a lot of time and money and sick leave. As well as that, it makes me feel really worried about traveling, since I often get sick off airplanes despite masking etc. I haven't gone anywhere that requires travel insurance yet, but would anybody even insure me if they knew this fact?
Like... am I seriously supposed to routinely spend a few days in hospital every time I get sick from winter chills..? After ever plane ride? What the hell am I supposed to do if I get some kind of persistent chest infection or a longstanding cough??
How am I supposed to practically cope with this my whole life? I can't go running to the emergency department every time I get a cold, that seems ridiculous.... but so far it seems like I have no other choices...?
Any advice welcome. I just really want to talk about this with someone

Я автор поста "стану ли я мудачкой, если расскажу отцу о том что моя мать ему изменила". Что в итоге: отец сразу же позвонил ей и они начали выяснять отношения. На меня повесили обвинения, я ожида что так будет. На утро мои вещи уже были в рюкзаке и меня выставили из дома. Так как в этой деревне у меня родных не осталось, я пошла пешком в ближайший поселок городского типа и остановилась в ТЦ, где работает хорошая знакомая моей мамы, она покормила меня и я зарядила телефон, чтобы написать сюда.
я не знаю что делать мне дальше, я не могу найти работу и мне не где жить

 | My goal is to gain muscles and lose fat (no kidding.. lol). But success has been elusive. I'm 45. I weigh 160lbs. I have been going to gym 3 to 4 times a week for past 4 months and do these exercises: Pull ups, triceps, biceps curls 25lbs each, bench press 110lbs, farmer carry 90 lbs, lateral raise 15lbs each, leg press 130lbs. I have been progressively increasing the weights. I have access to great nutrition but I'm never sure whether to eat more or less. I also don't track everything I consume but generally try to eat good. I know the general advice: Big compound lifts, lot of protein, track intake meticulously, no junk food etc. But looking at these pictures it would be great to hear your thoughts. Hey dude/dudi,
I gave my CA Final attempt this November 2024. During prep, I found everything exciting—except studying. I’d sit there dreaming about how amazing life would be after exams, promising myself I’d finally do all the cool stuff I couldn’t do while slogging.
Now that the exams are over, I’m actually doing it—mindfully enjoying all the things I promised myself. And honestly, I urge you to do the same. Stop killing yourself for your firm. Work for what you’re paid for, nothing more.
I spend my time at the office playing games on my phone, surfing the web, or taking forever to finish simple tasks. Why? Because my stipend is 7k, and that’s all I’m working for. Occasionally, I do something for the satisfaction of it, but only when I feel like it.
If this sounds extreme to you, fine—then at least “clock in, work, clock out, and don’t give a sh*t beyond that.” Know your worth, and don’t let work take over your life.
