Hooi, ik ben dus sinds 2 weken bij een nieuwe baan. Vooraf met de sollicitatie gesprekken is er tegen mij gezegd dat ik dan voor 3 weken uitbetaald krijg, ik dacht op dat moment al van oké beetje raar. Ik had vorige week gevraagd wanneer de uitbetaling is en er is dus tegen mij gezegd rond de 24e door een andere collega. Ik heb tot vandaag niks gekregen, het gekke is nog dat er geen betaaldatum in mijn contract staat wanneer je uitbetaald krijgt. Communiceren kennen ze hier sws al niet. Wat vinden jullie??? Ik weet dus echt niet wanneer ik me salaris krijg nu, ik heb gelezen dat het uiterst de laatste datum van de maand mag zijn als er verder niks afgesproken is, klopt dit?

so i became a part time student due to dropping a course that was affecting my average and focus on my other classes. i technically have two courses but i took a 11 U course because i thought i would need it next semester but change of plans. now i would have to have a full course semester (four classes in day school) i was wondering if i should do nightschool just in case? also how would this affect me applying to university? would they just wait to see my grade 12 midterms cause i would only have two 12U courses by the end of this semester.

The first 2 photos are the inspo for what he wants and the third one is kind of how his hair is currently (minus the side fade). The question is: what product and method would your recommend for his hair to look like in the second pic after he washes it and gets a haircut? Would it be a styling cream or lotion? He has sensitive skin so he reacts to most mainstream products, so if you have any recommendations that would be amazing!
