2024.11.26 10:20 Carefulpayment1 24M here, colon cancer symptoms causing bad mental health problems. Flat stool, increased frequency?

As mentioned in the title, I’m a 24M who for the last year or so has been having ever increasing worries about colon cancer. It’s been starting to do a number on my mental health.
Symptoms: Flat, ribbon like stools and increased frequency (smaller amounts) of bowl movements. I did have one singular instance of red blood on toilet paper 6 months ago but this hasn’t happened since. Farting more often etc…. Sometimes the stool can be difficult to get out and can have a bent shape.
I also seem to have increased mucous in stool, and when travelling in Thailand had an instance of pooping only clear mucous (maybe down to the Thai diet?)
I’m generally not in any pain, some very minor stomach cramps that improves when I “release the pressure”. I should mention I have always suffered from some foods causing stomach cramps so this isn’t hugely worrying for me as a standalone symptom.
Up until a few weeks ago I have been running 40+ miles a week and completed a marathon in better shape than I ever have been fitness wise. Have lost 2kg over 12-18 months but have been hugely increasing exercise regime so it isn’t unexplained.
Im certain I don’t eat enough fibre, and probably don’t drink enough water.
I use nicotine pouches but haven’t smoked or vaped in over 2 years.
I know the advice will be get a colonoscopy and it is certainly something I need to consider. I am not looking for an online diagnosis but I just wanted a discussion with other young people who have had similar symptoms and come out okay the other end!

Hi, I’m working out a rig with an HX Stomp and wondering if it’s possible to use an external dual footswitch to toggle blocks between two different effects within a preset. I don’t have one yet, still just in the planning phase and considering my options before dropping the cash. Say this is my HX chain:

  1. Wah
  2. ~ FX Loop 1 ~ (comp, phaser, drives)
  3. Amp Sim
  4. Noise gate
  5. Delay
  6. Reverb
  7. ~ FX Loop 2 ~ (bit crusher, flanger, tremolo, drum & looper)
  8. Cab / IR
Would I be able to use one of the foot switches to swap the wah for a pitch whammy for example? Or would I need to make a duplicate preset with a whammy instead of the wah?

Az alábbi a sokadik negatív tapasztalatom a DPD-vel, mindig megfogadom, hogy nem rendelek velük semmit, aztán időnként nincs más opció és meggyőzöm magam, hogy biztos csak én voltam szerencsétlen és most jó lesz.
November 18-án vettem egy terméket webshopban és sajnos a DPD-t választottam a szállításhoz.
November 20-án átadták a csomagot a DPD-nek.
November 21-én hívott a futár:

AZÓTA NEM HALLOTTAM A FUTÁRRÓL SEMMIT!!
Vártam egy fél órát, megebédelt a család, eltelt még fél óra, a térképen látom, hogy a környéken van. Hát mondom csak rácsörgök már, hogy milyen időzonában gondolta a 2 percet. Nem vette fel egyszer, kétszer, azóta sem hívott vissza.
Email azóta sem jött semmiről, néhány órával később a csomagkövetésben a "Nem tudtuk kézbesíteni a csomagjait: azokat vissza kellett küldenünk a depóba" üzenet jelent meg.
A csomagkövetésben láttam, hogy van rá opció, hogy pickup csomagpontra irányítsam a csomagot, így gondoltam mivel az egy fix pont amit nem kell hívogatni, talán a futárnak ez sikerülni fog, átirányítottam.
November 22-én újabb próbálkozás, nem hívtak, nem kaptam emailt, kizárólag a csomagkövetésből látom a reggeli "A csomagja úton van" majd az esti "Nem tudtuk kézbesíteni a csomagjait: azokat vissza kellett küldenünk a depóba" üzenetet.
Na gondoltam a kezembe veszem az irányítást, a DPD oldalán elérhető két kontakt információ:
"[email protected]" - péntek óta semmi válasz.
"[+3615016200](tel:+3615016200)" - KI SE CSÖRÖG.
A csomagomról továbbra sem tudok semmit és nincs módom érdeklődni sem, gondolom addig amíg az ügyfélszolgálaton valaki rá nem fanyalodik az emailemre. Minőségi szolgáltatás.

Failed But Not Disappointed. My first test after 40 hours of lessons since July. The reverse park was on a busy road, and I waited unnecessarily for some cars, which took about 4 or 5 minutes to complete the maneuver.
The serious error was turning onto a bus route while following the SatNav, which was entirely my fault. I know the area well and know that only buses and taxis go down there, so there is no excuse for my lapse in concentration.
The examiner was brilliant and said he was hoping I would realize and turn onto the street instead of the bus lane, but he ultimately had to intervene.
For those who are nervous about having your test, it is no different from a lesson. Relax and follow the simple instructions of the examiner, like you do in a lesson with your instructor.
I would have passed had I listened properly to the SatNav as it said to turn right in 400 yards—I KNOW THE AREA! Haha. I'm not too disappointed, and I'll try again.

Why do great shows do this?
I hope you read this fully cause I watch shows with a lot of understanding, attention to detail and properly without missing much. So I want some opinions, answers etc. I'm gonna make this as organized as possible.Skip to the questions part If you don't wanna read some rants ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Arcane is normally very well written with specially the dialogues and the delivery of those cause even in many war situations each character has logics and flaws which makes their perspective more believable why they are doing it. They don't overuse any cliche for example "I want revenge for one guy so I wanna kill all of you" this normally doesn't happen with the main cast cause cait vi jinx and others you can see understand that and reason through that and another example is that how close Vi was near to death but they didn't show it as like a sword swiping in front of her eye 5 times....each time it was different and 3 time cait saved him or else she wouldve died. Now to the main question is after all of season 1 and season 2 till episode 7 everything was still going plotwise with barely any plotholes or overpacing THEN WHY TF DID THE LAST EPISODE FELT SUPER SUPER RUSHED? They took all their time used it so beautifully with songs in certain plot points so why ruin the ending? Recently some big shot goated animes did shiitty endings at the same year and now this.......The QUESTIONS and Things That felt Rushed asf::

  1. No one knows why heimerdinger vanished there? did he die? we wont ever know but if he did then how?
  2. Was it ever clear what the war was about? Was it to prevent the evolution? IF yes then why didn't you ever tell viktor what you saw in arcane (the other timeline's future) but you did at the very end?
  3. Viktor never needed any help...he didnt need noxian soldiers so why this logicless bloodshed bruh? you couldve done everything that happened without any loss of life so why?
  4. Ekko and jinx should have had at least 5 mins of screentime here and everytime a reunion happened in arcane from s1 they did that but now suddenly they dont?
  5. Did ekko ever tell any of them that he came from another universe except powder? cause it seemed powder knew but why did he not tell them exactly? they could have even shown us a montage of him telling them of like 30 seconds
  6. So Loris (no info why he joined and stayed with Vi, no info where he came from) just dies like a side character? Without even a single closure? Except Vi just lookin at him for 2 seconds?
  7. Mel went to his mom then went back to piltover and decided to kill her mom that quick? I thought it would show us a confirmation of her emotions at least before accepting to kill her JUST LIKE how Vi and jinx and ekko each couldnt kill a closed one and needed character development to do the least and Mel's one was just offscreened?
  8. Black rose? So uh wtf do we know about them ? What did the deceiver want? How did ambessa die there without much injury or was it black rose? MEL YOUR FRIEND ASSISTANT DIED and sis never mentioned it to them nor did she ask why they killed her
  9. Brother I don't know how Jayce reunited Undercity and Topside with a 5 min speech of "So yea greater enemy comin we need ya help" when they couldn't reunite them for freakin years...BRO what made them all ZAUN and topside people believe what Jayce said is true suddenly? Bro didn't even explain clearly wtf he saw from that other timeline
  10. SOOOO What was the point of killing SALO right then and there? It didn't matter at all it seems and I thought he saw something terrible asf to do that but it happened anyways almost and If he didn't kill him salo wouldn't have made any difference AT ALL like there was no immediate reason to kill him there he was just like any other who got healed by viktor..I didn't see Jayce killing any of those subjects then why salo instantly? I guess then it was his fault for being crazy at that moment?
  11. So wtf did Ambessa actually want from the beginning? I saw her fighting Zaun Piltover Viktor black rose ...like literally fkin everything she went a VS against for some reason and I still donno the exact reason (don't say family cause she literally went to fight against mel there I donno why like did she just want to own piltover ?)
  12. Ekko just arrived here so HOW DOES HE know who the enemies are and what is he fighting for? Did jinx tell him? Exactly why they needed more dialogues but even Jinx doesn't know shit about the Viktor hextech situation SO how the hell ekko is suddenly trying to stop Viktor there?
  13. Do I even need to ask that if anyone even has the slightest clue wtf happened at the end with runes exploding, viktor jayce vanishing or whatever happened there (IOnly thing I got there that the all timeline passer viktor freely went to every timeline in the possibility of one jayce who can show the other viktor)
  14. How did warwick become like that? I thought using him to cure his daughter would have destroyed warwick as sienged said or did he just mean the mind?
  15. Jinx died just like that? It didn't even feel like a main character died...I was confused what to feel...The closure to that death was even worse like EKKO had a 5 second scene of sitting thats it? Vi didnt even mention her after the war... it felt like nothing happened no sevika reactions also
  16. No more info about shimmer? What happened to the future of Runeterra? What did you explain to zaun? they don't know shit bro....WHY DOES THE ENDING HAS EVEN MORE QUESTIONS UNANSWERED?

Overall Thoughts: I still love arcane A LOT but what usually pisses me off is that when a super good show which builds up so many good plot points then just rushes or ruins some things cause of not enough explanation or rushing things. Especially Arcane was one of the best fiction in history with really good dialogue delivery...you can resonate with each character and find it understandable why they make flaws. I also loved how arcane always heightened the moments with music so beautifully and slowly...and with so many different animation and art style changes. The character development of everyone was so peak that im just dissapointed it was rushed at the end. It just felt so unpaced and incomplete at the end Im just kinda madsad
